The room was clean, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and nice view. The receptionist was helpful. They also had a gym with a sauna and had lots of amenities. The hotel has a bar which was great to lounge at. Loved our stay

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I got the best service by Melanie and Neerja. These teo made me feel welcomed 🙏🏼
I have made a request to check in early and the hotel took it into consideration, I got to check in early and catch on some sleep I missed.
The area felt safe, restaurants were closeby, and shopping center. But If you wanna see the main tourist attractions then the hotel would be far.
I think the cleanliness of the room can be improved, some days I got a good cleaning (young girl with black hair) and the room along with the restroom were shining!! The other times, the room felt dusty and unclean.

Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a great choice we made! The staff were so friendly and professional, the room was so nice! A massive bed and so comfortable, the shower was really hot and powerful! The location was great although we found it a bit to far out to walk to the centre! But loads of taxis so no problem, we really had a great stay! We had seen a previous review about it not being a gay friendly hotel, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth we loved it.

Great hotel for business and close to the CCIB. Hotel is clean and modern with most of the facilities you need for your stay. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast is grea and its also close to the beach for a great early morning sunrise walk

The hotel location was just right. Although it wasn’t as close to the where the main bars etc. were situated, it was welcomed, as meant you got the choice of peace & quiet as well as the views of the sea and short trip to the nightlife.
The hotel food was tasty (the Club sandwich as an example). And on the food, just a very short walk from the hotel were some excellent restaurants (steak, tapas and other) which I would recommend.
The only one thing was the size of the pool, as would have been great if it was slightly bigger.
The hotel staff were friendly & welcoming.

The receptionist insisted I had to SHARE A ROOM WITH somebody from my company, unbelievable, took me all day to sort out a room that wasn't available, although was already paid month in advance, the all of a sudden was available, how is it possible that a receptionist think he can do this.
On top of this the bottle of water in the room was opened from previous occupant
