At Barceló we are known for being guest-oriented and welcoming at all times and are fully aware that the interaction of our personnel with our guests have an enormous impact on the overall holiday experience in our hotels. Therefore, it was very concerning to read your comments on the service you received. We commit to addressing any situation that does not follow this goal of making sure our guests feel welcome and looked after and will be reviewing this with all departmental managers for evaluation and action as needed.
Moreover, it is disappointing to know that the room we accommodated you in for the duration of your holiday didn't meet all your expectations. We regret that you did not inform a member of our Reception team at the time so that these issues could have been dealt with or alternate accommodation sought. Our Maintenance staff work hard to keep the facilities in good condition so guests feel comfortable, however, we have taken note of your comments.
We hope that you will allow us the opportunity of providing you with an improved stay in future.
