We visited the hotel from 11 till 18e of August. It was the first time we went on holiday as a friend group and due to the quality of the hotel and staff we had a great stay. If you want go on holiday with your friends with our children this hotel is a very good fit.
We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location near the beach is excellent. Also good facilities like the swimming pool, fitness and bars. I recon that the business facilities will meet requirements needed for succes.
Honestly I hated this hotel so much and glad I fled to a new one. It smelled absolutely horrible all the time. The staff were not able to accomodate late checkout or even able to get me a cab when I needed one. The rooms are dim. The staff isnt friendly. Can’t find one chair at the pool. Food options horrible and terrible location. Would never recommend.

We regret that you did not inform a member of our Reception team at the time so that these issues could have been dealt with or alternate accommodation sought. Our Maintenance staff work hard to keep the facilities in good condition so guests feel comfortable, however, we have taken note of your comments.

We are just back from a lovely 4 night stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice and this filled us up for hours. The hotel is in a good location. It is outside of Barcelona but there is a metro station ten minutes walk away which gets you to the city centre in a few stops. You get the best of both worlds with this hotel as it is close to the beach while not being too far away from the city. The rooms were a nice size and towels were provided for the pool/beach which was handy. The pool is small and there are not that many sun loungers so I would suggest they invest in a few more. The food at the pool bar was lovely. There are many bars and restaurants close by at Rambla del Poblenou and there is also a large shopping centre only a few minutes walk away - Diagonal Mar Centre. Overall we had a lovely experience at this hotel and would recommend it to a friend.
Great hotel with the best breakfast and lovely pool area. We had a sea view room. Nice and friendly staff. We walked 4-5km to the city centre, and took a taxi home. There is a big shopping mall nearby.
