I got a great room on the 12th floor with sea view. Delays at check in and and on entering the breakfast room downgrade my rating from what should be a 4 star plus to a 3 star plus.Overall, a decent hotel in a great area.

The place was great. Staff was friendly, despite my poor Spanish speaking. Hotel was within walking distance of the metro. The pool was also great, and had some great drinks as well. I would stay here again if I returned to Barcelona.

I don’t believe cleanliness is something that they value at this hotel. Went from one room to another and both had had low quality cleaning. Then walked in as my room was being cleaned and saw that the cleaner was washing the coffee cups in the bathroom sink and drying them with a used pillowcase. Considering how much much I’ve paid to stay here, you’d think you’d get quality rooms with very high standard, especially since it’s “four stars”.

Very comfy rooms, nice bed, friendly staff.
The only con is that the hotel is located far from the city centre and a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station. On the other hand, the beach is a stone’s throw away.

I had the best time ever. Amazing staff, great rooms and delicious breakfast.
They even offered to upgrade us to a see view room free of charge.the location is just perfect.
I will for sure book another stay.
