We understand your negative review as we remember how upset you were. And you were very upset because you thought the receptionist had been racist with you. And as we told you, we do not accept anyone to play the racism card. Simply because we have employees from every corner of the world, and we would never ever tolerate racist attitudes in our hotel. Said this, and as we tried to tell you with no success, the air conditioning in the hotel works either as an air conditioning or as a heating, depending on the weather conditions and the time of the year. That is the reason why, and after your complaint, we moved you to a Deluxe room. These rooms have been recently fully renovated and are the only kind of room with a VRV system. It means you can have both air conditioning and heating system any time of the year. But that was a temporary solution, because that was a double room, and you were two adults and two kids. And you knew that. And that is why you had to move the day after to one to the two family rooms we have. And as you may know, check out time is twelve. Here and everywhere else. And once the previous guest is gone, we must clean the room. That was the reason why the room was ready at three. Let us remind you that check in time is four pm. Now you know why. We are very sorry the hotel did not reach your expectations, but next time it would be nice if you gave us the chance to let you know why we proceed in a certain way instead of blaming our Staff with serious accusations.
