First impressions were good and the staff friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment on that. The room however was very small. I guess this is typical for Barcelona?!
Basic with no safe in the room which was worrying. And no tea or coffee facilities. There was quite often an awful smell of sewage too which was hard to handle over 4 nights.

On the other hand, we would like to inform you that we have next to the reception a room where you can find a safe-deposit boxes, and the same with kettles, we have some kettles for the guests who needed only asking for it in the reception.

Helpful and very kind staff they were always available
The hotle is very close to the metro station and many city attractions malls and resturants
The room was good but a little bit small with a beautiful veiw

I hope To come beck at the same hotel and will be nive if bar for cofe will open early or to put mashine for cafe because have people which like to drink cofe early in the morning .All other for me is very good

Room smelled. Housekeeping sprayed, made it better. 2nd nite heavy rain and smell got worse. VERY BAD sewer smell. We had to change rooms at 3am. And we were on the 4th floor! Also the breakfast included was horrible. I had to cancel breakfast the rest of my stay. Good thing I didn’t prepay! I WILL NOT be returning to this hotel again.

First of all, we apologize about the inconveniences caused in the first room with the smell, it seems that it was a punctual problem that the manteinance has already fixed.
About the breakfast, it is strange as normally we have very good reviews as it is a buffet with a lot of things to choose.
