Very nice hotel with a good location in Barcelona - walking distance to alle the nice places in El Born and the Gothic quarter and to Barcelonetta. Rooms were tidy and neat, beds were perfect for me and temperature was acceptable. Breakfast buffet was quite OK and the staff was friendly. Only two small issues: 1) The showerhead was not working very well and was a little mouldy. 2) Teice during my five night stay did housekeeping not respect the do-not-disturb sign on my door.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, all staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great- walking distance to dining and shopping. Great choice for our first visit to Barcelona, we would stay here again!

This was a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location, only a few blocks away from the beautiful gothic area and from Plaza Catalunya as well as only a block away from a metro station. Great location. Via Laetana is a beautiful street. The staff at HCC Montblanc were very friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
