Very bad location, drug addicts next to hotel, street from center to hotel is shady, dark and you may feel insecure. They sold you the idea of closeness to the port, however is the worst and more red zone in Barcelona. Avoid staying in this zone. Parking is 20 euros very expensive for the zone, and you may find a more safe, clean and luxurious zone for the same money near to plaza españa. The hotel however is good, clean and staff friendly, but location is the main issue. I won’t get back not for hotel, but for location.

However, we are located in the city center, the area is safe and secured, very well connected with metro line 2 & 3, and close to main tourist atractions as La Rambla, Plaça Catalunya, Boqueria Market and plenty of options for bars and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a not so clean area even though a central one. Windows have absolutely no view as they are covered with some kind of bars thus not making it possible to enjoy the view from the room unless you come really close to them and trying to see the world in between the bars. This gives a pretty depressing feeling. The pool on the roof top is not really a pool rather a big bath. The view is great, the bar service is great but this is really not a pool. One could find a much better deal in a cleaner area of Barcelona even though not such a central one. Service was great, room cleaning in particular. Breakfast could justify the price of 10€ only because of full buffet, otherwise it was "ok".

We’ve had a great stay with the family. The breakfast team was very lovely. The way they handeld the food but also the interaction with the costumers and the kids in this case my daughter of 2 was quality, recommend the hotel!

This hotel is worth its price and what you pay for. The room is big, comfortable, clean and looks new. The bed sheets and towels (body+face) are changed every day. The TV is big too but it only plays channels with news or commercials. Added to the cons, the room doesn’t have any mini refrigerator neither does it a brush for cleaning the toilet.

I was the second time at this beautiful hotel and I always enjoyed my stay there very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and clean and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is located near to metro station Drassanes so that is easy to explore the city attractions. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which shows a great view over the city. I´m sure I´ll come back again.
