We are not sure what you mean with a regional manager review/visit, the only issue that we faced during your stay was a 3 day global issue witht the system down that affected all the computers of the company and we could no operate the hotel normally but we did no have any kind of visit, Providing exceptional service to our guests is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short during your visit. We have addressed this matter with our team to ensure that our guests always receive the attention and care they deserve,
