This hotel is a gem. Thoughtful modern design. Rooftop pool. Beautiful and delicious restaurant. In addition to breakfast every day, we ate one lunch and two dinners at the hotel -- it turned out to have our favorite restaurant in Barcelona. Excellent helpful staff. If ever in Barcelona again, we will return.
An amazing stay at Antiga Casa Buenavista. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the hotel was modern, very clean and had such a homely feel to it. Definitely a 5 star hotel! We would defiantly recommend staying at this hotel, it was in a perfect location and in walking distance to El Born and The Gothic Quarter. The rooftop pool was perfect to chill out on days where we wanted a slower pace.

From the moment we stepped in, to the moment we checked out, our experience with the Antiga Casa Buena Vista was five star! While checking in (after 17 hours of travel), David offered us a seat, a drink, and hand cleaners. Checking in was smooth. Got to our room and loved it! Lots of space to unpack. Had a problem with the safe which was quickly resolved. Over the next four days, in addition to David, we met Lidia, Frederick and Carlos. Each was very helpful - providing information on tapa bars, local sights, and transportation. The location of the hotel was great. We slept like babies! There is a very nice restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. We highly recommend this lovely establishment.

My fourth time to Barcelona and first time staying here- I will definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel and felt very welcomed. Great location but away from the very tourist area and area was very authentic
