If you are a lover of Latin culture, in Bendita Salsa you will find the best fusioned Latin food (arepas, tacos, empandas, ceviche, nachos, etc). Also every day you will enjoy Latin music (salsa, merengue, bachata and reggaeton). Do not forget to try our tropical cocktails and on Thursdays and Fridays it is a day of live music totally free. My wife and I came across this place while looking for an escape from all the tapas bars. Just so you know The entrance was slightly off the beaten path and the main table seating is hard to see from the front but has a good few tables with table service.
The service was great even though I don’t think our waitress spoke fluent English, she was still kind and patient with us. The mojitos were delicious and the food was INCREDIBLE. We are big fans of proper South American food especially tacos. The nachos were amazing and came with a good amount of guacamole, cheese, sour cream and chicken. The Carne asada and Tonga chicken tacos were great. Three per serving for a modest 7 ish euros.
Highly recommended. Kinda a hidden gem.

Unfortunately the place was quite empty even though everything was more than fine! The margarita tasted amazing and the nachos were so delicious it was worth the waiting. Everything was prepared freshly as you can tell from the quality of the food. Unfortunately the first half of my Brazilian steak was a little tough but very well prepared. I'll be back for more! :)

Well this place was the meeting point for a barcrawl I did a few times and one time I was still a little hungry and orded a picanha oh boy i’m glad i did. The meat was so tastefull and baked to perfection
Only downside was i found the waiting time a little long as i was alone and the restaurant wasn’t that crowdy

We were looking for somewhere that could cater for both myself and my daughter who is a vegan. We came across this place and I must say it was a really enjoyable experience. My daughter had 2 vegan starters as a main course and I had full bloodied steak! The food was really good and really filling. The service was really good and the price was good as well. The atmosphere was really good and if you like Cuban music and salsa this is the place for you. Decorated throughout in a Cuban style and some really good cocktails. Also big tv screens showing salsa bands and dancing. All in all really enjoyed it.

My wife and I shared a mixed grill. Even then I was not sure if I could manage to eat it all!! The meat was mostly excellent although the chicken breast was a little dry. The accompaniments of fried yucca and plantain were really interesting. Wine was bit on the pricey side (but good quality) so it would be good if they could do a reasonably priced house wine by the glass or carafe. Be prepared for loud salsa music and wooden stools/benches to sit on. We will definitely return next time we are in Barcelona.

We went last night with my partner and the food was really good we choose the "parrillada" it means grilled meat bbq.
The music basically salsa the old salsa so the good one :)
We will come back!

We went here for lunch today. I love patacones and arepas and they serve some excellent ones. It was made gluten and dairy free to accommodate my allergies. My fussy children were very impressed and asked to go back tomorrow.
