A very good hostal with a great price, we took a private room for 3 people it had AC, TV and a private bathroom, it’s near from the sea 15 minutes from La Barceloneta and it’s near from las rambla, the staff are very friendly and I recommend it
My friends and I stayed here for a couple of days while taking in the beauty that is Barcelona. I’ll admit, when we saw that the hotel listed itself as a two-star establishment we became kind of worried. All that worry quickly faded away when we entered our rooms, where we had basically everything we could ask for. The staff was hospitable and the place was kept neat and clean, despite our somewhat messy lifestyle. Location was very central and great, with short walks to both stores, attractions and the beach. Would highly recommend.
About okay. the location is perfect, close to all services, in front of the bus stop. The train station is really close, but it doesn’t make much noise. On this side, everything perfect. While on the other side, NO ; the room was very small and for all 3 days we were overrun by ants.
Stayed here for 3 nights really good value for money and very well placed for visiting all the attractions.The room we stayed in had its own toilet and bathroom so no sharing with other people.Cleaners came every day to change towels etc.
Not far from the port or beach and well placed for all the attractions.
Would definetely use again.
The room was nothing like those on the pictures. Dark, dirty, with the smell of dump. Really outdated. There was absolutely no sun ligh as the window was on something between a technical yard and shaft. Walls dirty and scratch, dump in the bathroom. Lamp fittings were sticking out of celling. Bedside lamp plug was broken in half and 'fixed' using a clear adhesive tape! Bed was extremely uncomfortable and WiFi... No... There was no WiFi signal in te room. Room service was making the bed and changing towels everyday ( unnecessary for me but it was a nice touch ) but no one though to vacuum the floor as there were someones hair from first day and stay there the for the entire stay.
The only positive point is its location.
Extremely disappointed.
