I cannot recommend Hotel Primero Primera highly enough. This is the ideal hotel and restaurant for those who prefer a less touristy accommodation. Just a bit removed from the city center, Primero Primera is chic, modern, and quietly amazing. Located in a residential area, the boutique hotel has only 30 rooms, and they are beautifully appointed. Above all, both the front desk staff and the restaurant personnel are exceptional. The restaurant (Planta Baja) should be considered among the best in Barcelona. We loved it so much we ate there two nights in a row! Truly this his a hidden gem and when we return to Barcelona, we will stay no where else.

Primero Primera has what I Treasure during my travel experiences: small , intimate atmosphere with understated elegance.
I love the neighborhood because you get the feeling of being part of the city and not a tourist.
On top of this , food is Excellent!!and Staff is so kind and welcoming.

We have stayed a couple of times at this hotel. The hotel is located in it quiet leafy part of the city. About 25 minutes walking to the centre. Bus and taxi available at the end of the street.
The hotel is amazing, the rooms are so well designed , finished and comfortable. The attention to detail down to the individual lighting is perfect. The quality of the toiletries , tea , coffee and a free mini bar for soft drinks and water is very thoughtful.

The rooms are spacious, and we have stayed in a junior suite and this time is suite which are huge. These rooms are ideal for families travelling with young children, that could easily be accommodated in a separate seating area at the rear of the room or on the daybed.
There is on site secure parking as well

The customer service is excellent and I would like to personally thank Laura, Miguel for all their help and assistance. It is a must to eat in the restaurant, the food is of a excellent quality great variety and a choice of eating inside or in the terrace. Everything is reasonably priced for the quality of the food served. The desserts are delicious.

We will most definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Barcelona, this hotel make a perfect stay on the city
