My husband and I went to Restaurante Nogal to celebrate our anniversary. The interior is very cozy, with stone walls, dimmed lighting and curved arches. It definitely gives off rustic vibes. We ordered a liter of sangria (which was a little sweet for our taste) and the grilled vegetables and meat paella (pork and chicken) to share. All the food was very good and there as a house made hummus to dip the veggies into. The paella was delicious, with so much flavor- just be careful with the chicken as it was still boned. Overall a great experience at Nogal! Would recommend =)

Great Spanish food at a affordable price. Good quality price relation. The only thing is that could have room for improvement is timing.

Really the only one around not having menu in English. And no one could give us explaining about dishes. So we ordered blind. In the end our mistake to stay and have lunch and were disappointed about the paella.

Nogal offered large portions (especially the salads), a diverse menu, a nice atmosphere and a very service-minded personnel

I highly recommend visiting the Bodega Nogal in Barcelona (Carrer de la Diputacio, 412, 08013 Barcelona) The meals are excellent!!! I have tried Dorada fish. The waiter does not speak English, is even no menu in English. But, look, in Catalunya, we can speak a little bit of Spanish or Catalunyian. Anyway, the staff was very friendly, the pice unexpectedly cheap. And the meal - was like straight from of the paradise)
