Coming late to the hotel and being tired, we have chosen this restaurant as it was around the corner. It is a small place with limited number of tables outside and inside, with locals as main customers. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was good and despite of limited menu, the food was well prepared with clearly fresh ingredients. Felt like family restaurant, with the staff, especially the cook, doing their best. Paella, sea food all were delicious and there was a good choice of wine. So we returned for a dinner again and again...So if you stay in Hotel Acta Antibes (but that is not necessary), my tip is easy: excellent breakfast across the street at Pania bakery and lunch/dinner at Nogal. Warmly recommended but come in time or book the table in advance.
