Very clean and neat. The lobby has free teas and water. Even beer and other drinks are not expensive at all. Giant bed that you can fit 4 people. However, from the room to the hallway, you can hear almost everything.

Loved our stay here. Booked a Twin room on room only basis. Comfortable beds, safe provided in room which was free to use, bathroom with powerful 2-way shower, fluffy towels and nice toiletries.
Our room was close to the reception area where complimentary tea and coffee was available so we were able to use it very conveniently to get early morning tea and coffee. We found a great cafe a few minutes away for a cheap late breakfast (Cafelunya), though breakfast was available at the hotel, for around €12 (I think).
One of the best things about this hotel are the brilliant staff on reception - so friendly and helpful.
The hotel is away from the main touristy areas of Las Ramblas and Gothic quarter, but easy to get to by bus or metro stops nearby.
I’d definitely recommend.

My stay at Pol & Grace hotel Barcelona, was awesome and wonderful, from the check in, the vibe, the bar, music, art exhibition and art in my room.
I was in 6th floor with a great view and light perfect to focus and to enjoy Barcelona atmosfera in the best barrio.
I had the perfect balance between privacy and welcoming spirit.
I will love to come back soon and feel again the way I felt.

Everything good, the rooms were lovely, the rooftop Terrace amazing andi especially Liked the super friendly and Young Team who were there whenever u needed advise. I would totally Book again when i‘m back in barcelona!

Room was very clean and comfortable, there is everything what you need to feel good in this room. Good windows and pretty silent when closed. For 4 stars, very well organized. Staff was pretty nice and helped us with everything. Closeness to the city centre and beautiful shopping little streets around, wonderful food and restaurants near by.

It was a very nice hotel in a lovely location. The staff were very friendly and always helped. The room was a little tired as in the surfaces were scuffed and looked a little dirty. Unfortunately the room did have a slight cigarette odour and the view was onto a tatty courtyard. The breakfast was really nice with plenty on offer and as much as you could eat. The roof terrace is also lovely
