Clean, friendly staff, very good location. Lots of public transport around, as well as restaurants and shops.
Room was clean and comfortable. Sometimes wi-fi signal in the room wasn't the best.
Laundry service with accessible price. Amazing breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel before our cruise out of Barcelona. NCL booked this hotel for us, so we had no choice in selecting our accommodations.
The accommodations were lacking compared to the US hotels. The bed had no blankets, just a comforter. Then to top that off, the heater in the room did not work.
I had to call for blankets and extra towels, we only had 1 towel per person.
Our room overlooked a horrible neighborhood in which the noise was unbearable. People were partying until 3 am and kept us awake.
The breakfast was the highlight of this hotel, it was very good.
If you choose this hotel, be aware of the issues I have just mentioned.

The Hotel is located in a very calmed area of Barcelona, even unfortunately we cannot always manage inconveniences regarding neighbour noises, although we always try to help our guests providing a solution, so do not hesitate to call our front office team at any hour in situations like you are writing. For all of us is very important to respect our guests’ rest. Regarding heater, during your stay, it was switched on only for air conditioning according to the external temperature (during October we had temperatures from 20ºC to 25ºC). Normally we use to have our air conditioning system on, instead of heating, depending on exterior temperature. I hope you give us a second chance.

My wife and I recently took a Mediterranean cruise which started in Barcelona. As part of the cruise package, Norwegian booked us into the Barcelona Eixample. We were able to go a few days ahead of the departure day on Sunday and were able to experience a bit of the culture of Barcelona. What a great time! The hotel was absolutely great and the staff were fabulous! The breakfast every morning was outstanding with a lot of traditional Spanish items, better than anything I have experienced in state side hotels. We walked for miles everyday and just enjoyed the culture and history of Barcelona. The staff were very helpful in pointing out areas of interest and great local restaurants. What a great time and a great place to stay in Barcelona.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Barcelona. It's walking distance (1.6 km) from Catalonia Square and close to the Metro. The hotel was fully updated, extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was amazing for a small hotel. They had hot food, fruit, yogurt, cereal, everything you could want to get your day started.

Amazing stay in this hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Near to city center and amazing neighborhood L' Examples. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillow. On my next visit to the city, I will choose this place again. I recommend it.
