We appreciate your feedback given and we would like to apologise for the neighbour noises you are referring to. The Hotel is located in a very calmed area of Barcelona, even unfortunately we cannot always manage inconveniences regarding neighbour noises, although we always try to help our guests providing a solution, so do not hesitate to call our front office team at any hour in situations like you are writing. For all of us is very important to respect our guests’ rest. Regarding heater, during your stay, it was switched on only for air conditioning according to the external temperature (during October we had temperatures from 20ºC to 25ºC). Normally we use to have our air conditioning system on, instead of heating, depending on exterior temperature. I hope you give us a second chance.
