Front desk staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It almost felt like home from home. The restaurant was quiet but the waiter Miguel was excellent and I didn’t feel awkward being on my own.
The location of the hotel is nice - close to all the shops and restaurants, next to diagonal. 15 minutes from plaza Cataluña. The reception service is great same as restaurant service. Rooms are ok but I noticed some problems with cleaning and the sound isolation of windows. Definitely the towels are to be changed for new. The breakfast is very rich, the gym is well equipped
Very clean, central hotel near most sites, the ramblas, Passeig de Gracia, Diagonal, with restaurants and supermarkets all within walkig distance. This is our 4th stay here so clearly we like the hotel, the quiet rooms and the professional but friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few steps to public transportatikn. People are friendly and nice, breakfast excelkent. The only downside is that the building itself is an oldish one, they renovated the rooms but dont look too closely. Aircon and furniture in the room has seen its best days-but works.
We were surprised to find such a high end and well equipped rooms. the service was great and the breakfast was generous and delicious. we stayed for a week and we loved every minute of the hotel and Barcelona.
