The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and very friendly! Nothing was a problem! Even though not proficient in English and us not Spanish we managed , with lots of laughter , to sort out what was needed! Would definitely return and recommend ❤️

Our whole experience at the Hotel was seamless, the room was lovely, spacious and clean with a good view of Tibidabo. All the staff were polite and the Bar area was also very comfortable. Great location very close to Clot Metro.

This hotel was perfect for a short break in Barcelona. Conveniently located in the El Clot area of Barcelona, with direct links to El Prat airport by train and a metro station less than two minutes walk away.
The hotel is around a twenty minute walk from Sagrada Familia, but is served by frequent bus, metro and rail services, making it the ideal location. There are plenty of amenities nearby, despite the hotel not being super central.
The price was also fantastic for a four night stay, with flights and hotel coming in at £370 all in.
Check-in was easy and done with minimal fuss, and I was allowed a free early check-in.
The room itself was huge, had a really comfortable double bed, a large bathroom with two showers and was very modern.
The hotel was also very quiet, and despite being on the ground floor I wasn’t woken up once.
I would happily stay here again.

tonight is our last night). On the first night, the ventilation system was broken, resulting in a room temperature of 25.5°C and high humidity. We informed the front desk, who promised to send someone, but the issue persisted for two nights. The next day, contacting the front desk again, we received the advice to open windows despite street noise in March. Needless to say, the issue hasn’t been solved. Room insulation is poor; neighbors’ sounds are clear. The last two nights involved disruptive neighbors slamming doors and screaming in the hallway. Furniture was broken, ants and mold were in the bathroom, and bathroom walls were dirty. Additionally, the spa jacuzzi incurs a 10 Euro per hour fee, undisclosed on their website or booking platforms.

This hotel has exceeded all my expectations, from the moment I reached the doorstep, a lovely smell could be felt which covered the whole of the reception area.
The check-in was quick and informative, the room was spotless, staff was very friendly with good sense of humour, especially Gerard. The reception team was very informed of the surrounding and they’ve given us some great recommendations such as El Clot restaurant which is about 2 minutes away from the hotel. The housekeepers, Fiorela and Rocia (I hope I didn’t butcher their names) did a fantastic job at taking care of our rooms, and the security on the night shift was always present to open the doors for me.
On the night before checking out, I took my family out for a nice dinner to celebrate my birthday but we did not have any dessert at that restaurant, but when we got to our room, there was a lovely cake as well as 3 glasses for champagne waiting for us. This was a lovely gesture which made my birthday even more memorable.
The only issue we’ve had was the Wi-Fi, which was very slow most of the time but luckily we did have mobile data.
As someone who has many years of experience working as a concierge in different hotels as well as being a frequent traveller, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.
I will be staying here again when I will be coming back to the beautiful city of Barcelona.
