Highly recommend this hotel apart from breakfast! We had breakfast the first day but for the rest we went to Starbucks which is next door. Staff who we interacted with at the front desk and at the bar were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in a very good location, 5 min walk to the metro and the line takes you to las rambla in about 10minutes. There are sightseeing bus stops for 2 different companies, again within a few mins walk from the hotel. I would stay here again.

This Hilton was home base for a couple nights after disembarking from a cruise. It’s on a busy thoroughfare but quiet neighborhood at night. Restaurants are easily accessible in this business focused neighborhood.

Shopping, metro station and can Transportaion is easily accessible.

I stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Hotel in Barcelona, ​​thinking I was choosing and paying for a expensive, but a safe hotel, but I was completely wrong!

I had heard several times that Barcelona is a very dangerous city, with many rogues, pickpockets, but I really thought I was safe inside a Hilton!!!

I was checking out at the Holtel, when a person distracted me by taking my attention over a headset, while on the other side there was a thief stealing from me. It was a matter of seconds, and it took a moment to realize what was happening.

When I went to the front desk of the hotel to tell about what had happened, they said to my astonishment that the hotel lobby was a public place, and obviously there was nothing they could do!! What really surprised me the most, was knowing that this type of theft must be frequent in Barcelona, ​​and that there were no cameras or security guards in the hotel lobby!!!

At the end, in short, I got a negative balance of 3,800 EUR, and at least they returned our passports [they threw them on the floor, thefts with some kind of ethic (sarcasm)].

What made me nervous and disappointed the most was knowing that this type of theft is frequent, and that even inside a Hilton, nothing, absolutely nothing is done to keep you safe! IN SUMMARY: IF YOU GO TO BARCELONA, BE VERY CAREFUL, BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF THIEVES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT STAY AT THE HILTON, BECAUSE THERE IS NO GENUINE CONCERN FOR YOUR SAFETY, AFTER ALL, THE LOBBY OF THIS HOTEL IS A PUBLIC SPACE IN WHICH IT CAN BE DONE ANY KIND OF THING WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY!!!
