Probably was the worst experience I ever had.

We stayed 4 nights and we arrived after midnight in the hotel and I've been charged another 520 euro, even if the room was already paid. We came into the room and shampoo and shower gel were only for one person, too tired to ask and wait for someone, so we decided to ask for it the other day. The breakfast was very poor, there was no selection in general, for sweets just empty croissants. The bacon I had, was hard and overcooked every day. About the executive lounge, (closed because of covid) is arranged in the bar. We asked for a glass of wine and a small plate of tapas was served. The wine was refilled but not the food. One day we arrived 10 minutes after 8 pm and I asked to have two glasses of wine without food, and the response was ''is not 8 pm anymore''. For this reason the other days we didn't come at all to the bar. The other days every time we came back to the hotel there was only one shampoo and shower gel so we again called every time to replace the things. What made me really disappointed was that there was no experience from this hotel. Hilton chain is not selling just rooms, is the all complex that makes everything unique, otherwise, I could book an apartment for a cheaper price. I'm a Diamond member and to reach this level you have to travel a lot. I stayed at different Hilton properties and I felt at home always, that's why I continue to book at Hilton. This time it was a failure from all the points of view. Even being a Diamond member didn't change anything.

This a modern hotel on a central street. The staff is professional and the setting is a comfortable business standard. The breakfast was fun and busy featuring some local tastes. This was the 2nd 5 night visit and I will return. Close to several metros and a nice walk to city center and shopping.

The first time in Barcelona and staying at the Hilton was super comfortable! The front desk staff was super friendly, and always willing to help. Same with the cleaning crew!! The bed and room were great. Location could not be better!

The location is perfect, with access to restaurants, pharmacies, shops and, most importantly, the Metro. The area is upscale and pedestrian friendly. The staff at the hotel is friendly, attentive and professional.

I've been in this Hotel once. I had traveled to Barcelona for business and 3 persons were with me. so we took 4 rooms. it was amazing. every thing was clean and the rooms were cozy and quiet. when we arrived at hotel and fil out the forms, they asked us to deposit 60 Euro for each room for minibar and I payed them. I asked them to gave me a receipt ,but the man who was responsible in reception said: you don't need receipt and when you'll come for checking out, we will pay it back to you.
after 4 days, in early morning a van come to takes my friends and I to the airport. all of us came to lobby. one of us took the key cards and went to reception for checking out. I was busy with my phone and we got in to the van.
when i asked about deposit, he said: I didn't know about deposit and also Hotel's staff didn't tell me anything about that. we were far from the hotel and we hadn't enough time to return. I called them many Times and sent them some emails, but they never gave me the answer.
and unfortunately, because of the man, I haven't any evidence (receipt) to show.

Friendly and efficient check in. Good location away from the busy parts but also very accessible. Clean room, very effective air con. Breakfast very good. Negative points - only received two bottles of water for the 3 night stay. Also we were told that there would be snacks in the bar given executive lounge was close however we did not see these when we ventured down to the bar
