Very disappointed

We were quite pleased with the location and room in this hotel. Having travelled from Australia where we are spoilt with accomodations we were not expecting a lot. The hotel is in a good location close to Metro and shops and the breakfast…..well it was excellent. One of the best if not the best breakfast we have enjoyed in a hotel such as this.
Excellent variety of foods and lovely display. Clean plates, cutlery and coffee was great.

Imagine our disappointment after being out all day , arriving back at our room and nothing had been done. We had not left anything on the door therefore wanting fresh towels and a made bed. We arrived back and the towels were still on the floor where we left them and bed unmade. The bed wasn’t a problem, we can make our own but we really wanted fresh towels having showered three times since our 40 plus hours journey .
Such a shame to have to do this review.

First of all, thank you very much for sharing your experience at the NH Sants Barcelona with Trip Advisor users.
Our goal is to offer a memorable experience and surprise our clients to make them feel special. Also I want to appreciate your comments about our Breakfast buffet. Without a doubt, we will send your comments to the entire hotel team, encouraging them to continue promoting these good practices that result in your congratulations.
On the other hand, allow me to inform you that I am personally following up on those aspects that you considered unsatisfactory such as the time of Room Cleaning. Regarding this, we would like to tell you that we have discussed this situation with the Housekeeping Department to review the cleaning procedures and prevent this situation from happening again. I sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the not too distant future.

Americans Gouged in Barcelona

We checked in for an overnight stay because of an early departure by train. The hotel charged $325 despite the fact that they advertised $262 on Facebook. We were gouged simply because we were not locals! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed by the unfair pricing!

Average to good stay

Room was small but adequate. The front desk kept emphasizing that the mini bar in the room was all free, but there was nothing inside worth wanting. What was supposed to be inside, per the inventory car, was not there. Restaurant fare was excellent and worth the cost of the morning continental breakfast. Overall, my experience was average to good.

Small room and quite standard hotel for its price

The hotel is quite standard. The room I had was too small for its price. The single bed is not long enough and the cushions were too thin. The breakfast is ok, but not special. The staff in the breakfast room is not very friendly and welcoming.

Our ISE hotel third time in a raw. Very convenient. Comfortable rooms.

We are staying their in Jan-Feb every year. Take a shuttle from and to it to the FIRA.
Rooms comfortable, lobby us nice. Good service. Breakfast is fine. Could offer more vegetables and vegetarian dishes.
Too bad there’s no big find room where we could go training. For it we walk to Sants Barcelona hotel 10 min away.
