The team at the reception during the day was unfriendly and unhelpful during the 4 days of our stay. No recognition of our loyal upon arrival, no information about the property and the rooms for a first visit was provided. The staff was a trainee and did not show any social skills. Taxis were booked for each morning in advance and they never came. The reception team did not apologize for it and never show empathy although they knew about the issue. They did not care which was obvious. It took ages to checkout as they were not organized and several emails to get a correct invoice.
The rooms were quite basic with several conditional issues. Mattresses were old and hairs were noticed each day in the linen as well as the bathrooms.
Breakfast was ok but there was only one team member and tables were never cleared.
Clearly not a good example of a Mercure hotel and for sure of an Accor property.
