Been traveling in Europe 6 weeks and this hotel( by far) has the worst Wifi ever. I have complained to front desk twice to no avail. They say come to lobby or we will check antenna or the tech can’t do anything. Just be warned we are in room facing side street at a low level. This is 2022 people. Not the Dark Ages.
Breakfast lovely, room great, bathroom big and clean. But if you need reliable Internet, think twice.

The location was perfect. The rooms had a lot of space. The stuff at the breakfast was very kind. The pool at the roof could be a little bigger. The minibar prices was to high. In overall a very good hotel which i would recommend to everyone who will visit Barcelona. Great job from everyone at the hotel.

We booked the NH Podium as a stay following a cruise for 4 days to explore the city. We were not disappointed. Perfect location to walk to all the main attractions and take in the city vibe. Excellent coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We booked a premium room and were very happy. Spotlessly clean and spacious with kettle, coffee maker and bottled water replenished each day. Fabulous shower and bathroom. The room had excellent blackout curtains. The roof terrace bar and pool area is a great place to unwind at the end of a long day exploring. Warm friendly staff at reception and very helpful when sorting a taxi to the airport. €32 fare and 22 minutes to the airport. Will certainly book to stay again. Highly recommended.

I was travelling with my husband and 4 year old daughter. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in the first week of August. The entire stay was nothing short of amazing.
Location
It is located around 900m from “Plaça de Catalunya”, easily walkable or can take a bus.
Room
We stayed in a “premium double” room. It was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was also spacious and clean. There was adequate supply of towels and toiletries.
Food
The breakfast was excellent. Enough choices for vegetarians and kids. There was a live counter for pancakes and some egg based items. We ordered pancakes twice, they were quite good. We also availed in room dining once, ordered pasta for my daughter. It was a large portion and tasty.
There was a small kids area in the restaurant which I thought was super nice. My daughter loved it. She would finish her breakfast quickly so that she could play there.
Service
I would say that this was the highlight of the hotel. I have stayed in multiple European cities and this was by far one of the best service I’ve seen. The staff was kind, helpful. They helped us with luggage both while checking in and out. Even in the restaurant, the staff was attentive and service was quick.
We had a problem with our ac one evening and they were very prompt in fixing it, even followed up with us the next day if it was working fine.
One suggestion - we did not get an early check in as the hotel was fully booked, but it would have been nice to have a place to shower. They did point us to the showers for the pool, but these were open bathrooms which we didn’t use. If something like that can be provided to guests, especially those who are coming from long flights like we were( ~20 hours of travel) , it would be great.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend it.

This’s over priced 2 star hotel with very used furniture in lobby and rooms not much customer service here .Stayed there in 3 rooms for 2 nights with my family.
For sure is not a four star lack of service and professionalism.
