Thank you for having taken the time to send us your feedback after your visit to the Majestic Hotel & Spa.
I regret to read about your disappointment during your stay with us and appreciate your constructive comments regarding the décor at our Residence apartments.
Nevertheless, I am surprised to read about the fact that you had reserved a “Deluxe Suite”. Please note that the reservation we received was for a “Residence apartment” in our building across the street, not for a Deluxe room neither for a Suite (which are indeed two different room types).
As you may know, our Residence Apartments do not fall under the Leading Hotels of the World and are a different concept entirely. Therefore, we strongly recommend to reserve a room at the Hotel, as we offer a wide range of room categories, which always revert into success.
However, please rest assured that I will personally follow-up in order to investigate what may have happened and make sure the room type reserved is clear for all our clients.
I sincerely hope to have the chance to welcome you back again to give you a different experience and hopefully change your perception of our hotel.
