We had a celebration there and part of the success was the genuin care of the hotel team.
I can not think of a better hotel or location!

Stayed at the Majestic for a short Barcelona get away. Wonderful hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, without exception! Conveniently located in the best shopping district, where all the nice shops are. Junior suite was perfect, great a/c… Spectacular rooftop terrace and a tasteful breakfast.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment across the street from the hotel. Great location, clean, tasteful, yet all hotel amenities available.
We enjoyed our stay. It felt like an upscale home with service and cleaning.

The price is reduced but i still paid 300 euro per day, For this price I was chocked when they told me to have the room cleaned we need to book it 24h in advance and it cost 45 euros. What do do when you stay 4 days and you run out of toilet paper the 3rd day? Nice location, nice room, nice employees but disastrous hotel polity. I will not return unless they change this ridiculous policy
Room tip: My advise, if you stay 3 days make 3 different booking that way you will have a clean room without extra charges

Dear Mr Montez,
We thank for your feedback and for staying at Majestic Residence on the Paseo de Gracia. The Residence is located in a separate building, a different concept than the hotel with large 90 to 100 sqm (970 to 1070 sft) apartments including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen with service “à la carte” for short or long stays allowing guests to use the services of the hotel accross the avenue.
We understand that you were disapointed that the housekeeping service was not included in the price you paid i.e. average nightly rate of 238,50€ including VAT for a 2 bedroom apartment with a complimentary upgrade to view on the Paseo de Gracia.
As you mentionned, since our reopening last fall the the Residence, we have adjusted our rates and at the requests of a number of clients who prefer no to have nor pay for a daily cleaning, opted to offer it “ à la carte” on request which seems to fit most of our client during this time.
Nevertheless, in the Hotel, we do offer daily cleaning service as well as turndown service in the evening in all our rooms and Suite categories which has always been our policy.

I only wish I would have come to this wonderful hotel in somer other situation rather than with the Covid. We still enjoyed our stay and Barcelona. I would definitely come back when everything is back to normal.
