My sister and I stayed at the Kimpton Vivadora in Barcelona May 17-26. Everything about our stay was the best. Our rooms were always in clean, perfect and comfortable condition, well appointed and nicely decorated. And the staff from the lovely hotel manager, the cleaners, front desk staff, servers and valets were always friendly and very helpful. This hotel is in the old part of town and within walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants, a perfect location.
They had excellent coffee and a wine happy hour every evening. I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in many different hotels but the Kimpton Vivadora was one of the nicest because everything and everyone was so nice. Six stars you won’t be disappointed.

We are very fond of the Kimpton hotel family, love its concept and attempt to make it our first choice when we travel. On June 5, 2022 we stayed at the Barcelona Vividora Kimpton.
The Vividora is a chic, beautifully decorated boutique hotel that is centrally located on a charming pedestrian street at the renowned Gothic Quarter. It is minutes away from the
Barcelona cathedral, Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Las ramblas. The location is great for sightseeing many of the sights, shopping and restaurants. We felt totally safe day and night walking in this area
I would like to compliment and thank Jordi Garcia, the guest relation manager, who really went out of his way to make us feel at home. He really is amazing and would consistently make sure that everything was perfect and to our liking.
The rest of the staff is wonderful, they are very welcoming as they greet you with their friendly smile and eagerness to assist.

Our room was spotless clean with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful modern bathroom with nice and strong hot shower. Toiletry products were excellent. Robes and slippers were provided. We also loved our balcony overlooking the gorgeous building across the street.
Breakfast was delicious at their Fauna restaurant where Gaby, our server, was outstanding making sure all our food was just as we liked it.
We will certainly be staying here again whenever we visit Barcelona.

We stayed at Kimpton as a couple for 2 nights.
Hotel is located in the gothic quarter, close to Ramblas etc. We booked a King Premium with Balcony directly via IHG page.
The room was really small, no separate bathroom, no wardrobe. The balcony was too small for a chair. I tried to change the room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Rooms to the street are rather noisy/ poorly soundproof especially on the weekends.
The staff was friendly, professional and helpful - however you could feel it was fully booked.
Breakfast was great and the look and style of the hotel, restaurant and rooms is pretty cool.
Most amazing is the rooftop with a small pool and a bar. Great to chill with amazing views.
Not sure if 5 Stars, especially if you compare with Arts or “W”. But if you look for a stylish hotel, in the middle of the gothic quarter (and maybe outside of high season) I can recommend.
