My stay at Casa de Billy Barcelona was a mixed experience.
Pros: nice location, blocks away from Praça Espanya, Barcelona's transportation hub; close to a metro station; walkable to many attractions. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was in an old apt. building, with a few renovated amenities. But, there's still plenty of charm. The price is reasonable given Barcelona's high costs.
Cons: continental breakfast, juice, coffee, and croissant. That's all. I stayed at a single room which was no bigger than a closet. The door could not be closed properly. The mattress was too soft, and sheets too thin and old.
This place is a bit like Barcelona itself, a mixture of old and new, good and bed with lots of charm.
