Great hotel, lovely people. Kind, friendly and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food was beautiful and reasonably priced. Transport links fantastic and easy to use. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Rigoletto, you’re amazing!!😃

The room was great. Spacious, great bathroom, all the amenities you need. The Aircon was poor. Blew cold in the day and warm in the night. The room was so warm, we actual ended up sat on the edge of the bath with our feet and ankles in cold water at midnight to cool down.
We didn't sleep well because of it.
We spoke to reception, they said it's the same in all rooms and other guests have commented the same when the weather is warmer.

Booked a long weekend with family. Nice hotel with very friendly staff who were so helpful with sorting things out. Comfy rooms, very clean, nice big bathroom. Ok the view of the next building not exciting and the front of the hotel looks a bit dated but no complaints at all and would happily stay here again. Easy to get to the metro and the airport, near Camp Nou for the football (but not too near!), opposite a park and 15 mins to Las Ramblas via metro and some nearby shops and restaurants and coffee house. Would stay here again very happily. Thanks in particular to Alex and Andriev.

Very welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Well equipped, clean and a wonderfully comfortable mattress :) Perfect location for what I needed to do on business and well connected for the sightseeing in town. The ten minute taxi ride from the station was very pleasant after the long train journey to Barcelona from Paris - but happy it was possible without flying.

Expensive for its amenities. The room had many issues. Cleanliness non-existent. Towels and sheets with stains. The cleaners would pick up the sheets that had fallen on the floor and re-spread them with all the dirt from the floor, without even sweeping the floor. We were 8 nights and they only gave us 2 bars of hand soap without cleaning the place. They left us without toilet paper.The sink was leaking water on the bottom shelf and they kept putting the new 'clean' towels there, causing them to get dirty again and we had to go down to the reception for new towels. The radiator hose was loose and wouldn't close. The bathroom phone was moldy. The hair dryer was not working. I had ordered coffee and they didn't take it, the dirty mug with the coffee stayed in the room for 2 days until we left. We used the set to make coffee or tea in the room once and neither the crockery nor the tea were renewed.Reception staff and restaurant waiters excellent. Breakfast very good but with extra payment. They acknowledged the issue with the room and gave us a slight discount.
