Fabulous stay. Clean and stylish hotel
with friendly staff and tasty food. Our room
also had a balcony which was a nice surprise! Well situated close to lots of bars and dining options and also main bus routes but still walkable to the beach and harbour area (20 minutes to the end of the harbour)
Highly recommended.
Fismuler restaurant which is on the ground floor underneath the hotel is exceptional and also highly recommended.

I have booked REC Life XL 216 with breakfast. everything is fine room is big with a comfy bed. breakfast is ok. The view from the rooftop is fantastic.

Room is very noisy with the bar nearby and pedestrians walk by talking so loud until 1 or 2 am. noise isolation from the outside is very bad.

If you like quiet place don't book this of type room. if you sleep after 2 am yes you will enjoy this hotel.

We stayed here 3 nights
The rooms are a bit small, and the green in the room was an acquired taste but for the hotel itself those are the only mild negatives.
The bed was comfy with lots of pillows, the staff were pleasant, the ammenities are good and lots of TV channels if you are spending time in your room.
The location in terms of access to the Gothix Quarter and water is awesome, the only negative about the location is the touristy nature of the arc next door means it is a hotspot for pick pockets.
We came back to the hotel at 12.30am after a football match and we’re dropped a block or two away. We were followed by a male who we believe was trying to suss us out. We were also warned by staff members to not leave our phones on tables at the restaurants ect as people will grab them.
If you have your witts about you, you will be fine. just be vigilant.
We would defiantly stay again!
