Maria and Ezequiel provide a gastronomic experience at Olivos Comida y Vinos that is all that anyone could want. They make you feel welcome and clearly explain what goes into each dish. We ate on a night when it was possible for us to choose dishes a la carte, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The produce is locally sourced from ultra-fresh organic produce, and the dishes are created so that all of the flavours blend harmoniously, while also being beautifully presented. The offered wine matches were of excellent quality and complemented the dishes excellently.
The Iberico Pork Pluma dish was particularly good. Up until this meal, the best pork that we had ever tasted was served on an organic Spanish farm where little Iberian black pigs were raised on a free-range diet of clover and acorns. This dish was even better than that. We also thought the mushroom emulsion, umami pannacotta, and morels with foie gras were also standouts as were the desserts.
