We stayed for two nights in July and were very happy with our choice. The location is perfect to visit the factory outlets (next door) and the farmers market so close by. Our suite was perfect, the pool relaxing, the grounds well maintained, great service, and the breakfast offers a wide and tasty selection. We plan on returning in October for our second visit. Highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was as expected, great location to St Jacobs market. The COVID precautions were a little lacking in my opinion. Wipes and hand sanitizer are available in the lobby but the sanitizer was empty and the wipes are for hard surfaces only and not hands. Cleanliness in the room was also lacking, the tv remote was crusty and I found a clump of black hair on the bathroom floor- I am blonde.
There are no USB ports in the room but plenty of outlets. WiFi was generally good but had to reconnect multiple times. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is available and was plentiful but get there before 9:30 as they seem to stop replenishing. The pool was open, you needed to book a time which was an awesome way stay socially distant. I may stay here again but there are 3 other hotels on the same road.

Yesterday I checked in yesterday shortly after 6pm. The woman at the front desk was really pleasant but obviously there was too much going on for one person to handle. My stay was supposed to include dinner and breakfast. There was no mention of dinner (and nothing visible in the eating area).
Because of Covid, you have to pre-book the pool. It was booked 7pm, which was disappointing. The lady at the front desk did offer to call the hotel next door to see if they had availability. At 6:40 I tried to call the front desk about the reservation. No answer, so I went downstairs. She called next door while I waited. Thankfully it paid off.
Later I asked if I could book a slot for swimming early in the morning. Bookings can only be made same day. I was told to call in the morning. I told her I was thinking 6am for a swim. She said there was always someone at the front desk.
At 6am I went to the front desk and looked for someone to talk with. I was told that the pool didn't open until 9am. For some reason the gym opens at 6.
At 6:45am I went back downstairs for breakfast. When I checked in, I wasn't told the hours. I found out they're 7am - 10am. I don't know how this works for people staying on business, since many offices open at 8am. Because of Covid you can't help yourself. The food was fine.
My room could have used some updates but it was comfortable.
The people at the hotel are working hard but there just don't seem to be enough employees.
I expected more from a Hilton hotel.
