Our goal is to fix them for our guests as soon as possible but in some cases, such as the HVAC issue, it can take some time to figure it out. Surprisingly, the building didn’t have any 'no heat' complaints until Saturday so no alarm bells were wrung until then, otherwise it would have been fixed sooner as it was a simple pressure adjustment. Unfortunately we had no control over the length of time to get this corrected. As per your TV issues they were fixed. It is necessary to bring the original remote control for the TV and since it is important to limit contact with our guests, we try to refrain from entering the rooms when the guest are present. The towels in the dryer were clean but we apologize for not removing them. We felt that some compensation was due for your inconvenience, that is why we authorized a future discount as well as a free late check out. Because you booked through our online travel partner, this is the best we can do, and believe that it is fair. There is no expiry on the use of the discount and you can feel free to transfer this to one of your friends or family if you can’t make it here yourself. I will authorize this.
