We did not enjoy the beach cause:
- you have to walk farther to enjoy deeper water (at least chest deep)
- water full of debris i.e. leaves and stuff cause maybe it was raining (storm) swept debris
We spent most of the time at the pool which you need to pay extra P100 per person
We are a family of ten and stayed at their Dolphin room which is a newer unit, near the pool but a walk to the beach and grilling area. And yes, there's only a designated area for grilling.
Can cook paying additional corkage fee which I don't understand why when their restaurant is closed.
Will we return? If you're in a budget and a large group and loves to cook maybe.
But to enjoy the beach we look for alternatives.

Went here for a family outing. The rooms are big in some units like Corals but small and narrow like in Halaan.

Pros: Clean beach, complete utensils and all needed to cook basic meals, helpful staff, clean pool, adequate parking space, a lot of activities to do on the beach
Cons: Could not sleep comfortably in the rooms

I would recommend this for big groups and first timers in Laiya. But for a second visit, allot money for the more expensive resorts but not B---- C---- which I do not recommend.

We decided to celebrate my brother's birthdat here. Its a nice place for a day tour and staff are all accommodating. Affordable pa. For a day tour, cabana lang kami and malaki naman siya. The problem is sobrang daming langaw and mukang bangaw na ata. Everytime na kakain kami bugaw kami ng bugaw ng mga langaw. Kaya at the end of the day, hindi rin namin naenjoy yung araw specially the foods. Dahil di kami makakakain ng normal dahil sa nkakairitang mga bangaw. Kaya after namin mag banana boat and snorkeling mga 3pm umalis na kami. The place looks clean but sobrang daming bangaw. Please be reminded of the cleanliness. Di na kami babalik dito.
