Spent the weekend reunion on Feb 17-19,2023 at this beautiful facility. We were treated like royalties. Staff were very helpful, courteous and accommodating from the time we arrived until we checked out. They went beyond our expectations. Even surprised us with the banquet decors without requesting for it. We were all surprised by how much they went above and beyond. Restaurant staff very accommodating. Shout out to Flora and Anne and the rest of the resto crew. Of course I have to mention also the concierge service and front desk staff as well. I highly recommend this resort. The best in Batangas!!

We were in Manila for a family wedding and decided to get away from the city for a couple days. They have an infinity pool that overlooks Tayabas bay that provides amazing sunrise and sunset views. There are rentals right on the water and we decided to go snorkeling, which was also a great experience. We took a small bangka boat on a 20 minute ride to the snorkeling location which allowed us to se more of the area by water. The resort has 2 poolside bars that serve food as well as a buffet style setup for the daily meal services. Would definitely return here again!

We booked the hotel for our first trip to the beach after the lockdowns. They were one of maybe just a few that allowed kids and senior citizens. The resort required covid testing upon arrival and were very strict about this (our driver relates that he witnessed arrivals being turned away for apparently testing positive). The staff were very accommodating/helpful and we thought the food was good. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyed these as there were few guests at the time. Other resorts were still closed at the time of our stay so we also practically had the beach to ourselves.

My eldest son booked 2 separated rooms for our family. it was my 1st time ever going to Laiya, Batangas. the place is safe since no walk in allowed inside. we had our swab test before we can proceed to the place (all of us has negative results). the staff were all attentive to our needs and they are all friendly and courteous as well. I enjoyed watching my children and my granddaughter while they were on the beach and even on the infinity pool; pure and white sand and clear water. breakfast buffet is superb as well. highly recommended to all!

Travel to Acuatico is an absolute breeze. Arrival experience is excellent. We stayed at Terraza B, room configuration is well thought of. You can clean your feet from the beach sand so no sand inside your bedroom.
The bed is so comfortable! Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft! Although the bathroom seems tight, the bathroom and amenities are impressive. Overall, our stay was relaxing and we really enjoyed our short stay. I highly recommend the resort. Thank you Acuatico! See you again soon!

The resort surpassed our expectation. Rooms are very clean. Quarantine protocols were always observed. Staff were always very attentive, polite and most of all, always had the initiave. From the check in staff to the restaurant servers, concierge and cleaning crew, they always had the comfort of their guests in mind. Special mentions to Philip, Camille and Mae. Joseph who helped us with our luggages and some inquiries with their gym. Facilities were well maintained most especially the gym.

From the time we checked in to the time we left, our experience was excellent and memorable. Staff all over the resort from reception, restaurant, pool and room was friendly, attentive and anticipated our needs. Our package included breakfast and dinner and while we expected the regular fare, we were pleasantly surprised how varied and good the food was.
The infinity pool design was impressive with four pools - one with jets, a 3 ft pool for children, a deeper pool at 4.5 ft, and a much larger and deeper pool with a bar in the middle.
Three examples which demonstrated the customer-centric and detailed focus of Acuatico's management and staff: Prior to scheduled arrival Acuatico had turned on the air-condition in our room; we walked into a refreshingly cool room while it was hot and humid outside. We noticed that the pool staff was meticulously keeping the pool area clean and chaise lounge chairs straight and orderly during our time at the pool. And we received a call in our room in the evening to ask if we needed anything else.
A must stay for visitors for family vacation or staycation!

While the beachfront is somewhat disappointing with rather coarse sand closer to the water, the hotel and infinity pool are very nice.
Our room was comfortable with a great view of the pool and the sea. The in room safe had no instructions and was difficult to figure out. While good quality bathroom amenities are provided, the shower had a bit of a leak when in use. The bathroom looked much older than the bedroom, like it could use some refurbishments.
Wi-Fi was mostly consistent throughout the resort, and the food at the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced.
Despite the shortcomings of the resort, I'm still giving it a 5 star review, since the service offered by the staff is absolutely stellar. They go over and beyond what you'd expect, and their warmth is very genuine. Special shout out to Janine, Mae, and Sugarine.
I'd highly recommend the resort and I look forward to returning some day.

2 nights with friends. Pricey but worth it. Love the view from the balcony 2nd floor of our villa. Not really satisfied with the breakfast buffet. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. If you avail the activities such snorkel, banana boat, from their Hotel is a bit expensive, you better have contacts from the outside so that you can get it cheaper.

The 5 star rating is first and foremost for their personable, service-oriented and diligent staff. Special mention goes to Kier who ably assisted me in locating my missing costly electronic gadget, and to Nixon who showed incessant initiative in ensuring that we have a worry-free and enjoyable time. The high rating is also for the generous breakfast buffet spread which consisted of an assortment of local and international dishes. Our casita with sweeping views of the infinity pool and open sea was fitted with amenities that ensure a comfortable stay.
