We landed in Toronto and discovered our connecting flight was canceled at 11:30 pm. We were stranded. After spending 3 hours on the phone trying to find a hotel I was finally able to book for 3pm next day. They told me to call at 6 am to see if we could check in early, as we were now sleeping in the airport. When I called at 6am, they had a room ready and told us to come right away!! They waved the early check in as they could tell we had had a very trying night. They were so warm and welcoming. The rooms are amazing and the beds so comfy!! They turned a horrible experience right around!! We were able to rest and recharge! I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic value. For 170.00 Canadian you get a renovated, modern two room suite with every amenity. Sparkling clean, spacious lobby. The staff are very accommodating. Covid protocols are taken seriously down to the "Clean Pen - Dirty Pen" station at the check-in counter - and the Kn95 masks the front desk clerks wear. Airline staff seem to favour the hotel and this is always a good sign.

There is a Tex Mex restaurant next door with a patio as well as take-out, and three minutes away you will find a number of chain restaurant options with patios if you don't want to risk dining in. I didn't have the made to order breakfast the hotel offered, but my husband had a red pepper omelette and said it was surprisingly good.

You won't find anything better for the money on the airport strip and you won't be disappointed.

Very bright, clean with friendly staff. Breakfast may need more variety but the quiet atmosphere is great and the view is unmatchable!👍
The place is all renovated for very modern and slick design using porcelain at most of the rooms ! Very nice
