It’s a simple, typical budget hotel.

Hotel is clean, rooms were clean and quiet, comfortable beds, good water pressure and lots of hot water. There is nothing special about the hotel, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it either.

Staff here are great, the young women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our AC wasn’t working when we arrived, we called down and within minutes the service guy was at the door. He assessed the ac unit and determined it needed to be replaced, he was back with a new one in 20 mins. Excellent service!

Didn’t get up in time to try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Don’t be looking to stay at the ritz Carlton here, this place is very simple and no frills. But if you want a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed with a clean room and good service, I’d definitely recommend.

The hotel is dated on the outside but we had a good updated room. Price was ok given the location and most hotels are well over 200 per night in Toronto area. We are holiday Inn members and were upgraded to an executive room upon check. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is included and as expected for such a hotel. Would stay here again when in the area. Very clean. A tiny bit of mould on bathroom tiles but nothing more than I’ve seen in other hotels. Very quiet place, comfortable bedding and pillows!

Stayed here overnight. Checked in very late and was exhausted. Got into room and it smelled very musty. There was some mold/mildew around the shower head and by the air conditioner. Notified staff in the morning. They were very friendly and helpful. Explained that renovations are coming and suggested that the problem was limited to the room where we stayed, so maybe if I would have mentioned something when we got to the room, we could have gotten a room without the problem.

Parts of the hotel were in very good condition. Service was good. Employees seemed to care. Breakfast was good. Location was good, right off the 401.
