Everyone was friendly and our room was clean however, hotel is in desperate need of an update as it looked like nothing had been done since it had been built 20 years ago. Decor of hotel and rooms is definitely dated.

I was looking for something cheap for the night, and this was the perfect place! Really friendly staff, and a spacious room for a reasonable price. There are many other hotels in Brandon for the same price, but this one looked the nicest and had the easiest booking experience. I would stay here again

The staff made my stay excellent. They were very helpful & accommodating. They allowed me the freedom to have customers drop off equipment for servicing right to the hotel as well as allowing another customer to pick up goods they had previously paid for.

The staff here should have been more than willing to be accommodating based on the lost business with covid and they definitely were not. We had to call head office to get approval to use the common room for our group as originally they would not let us use it. They also kicked us out of there at midnight and we weren't making any noise.

When arrived to the room, the room had garbage in it. Pretty disappointed as there is covid and it should’ve been sanitized. The staff were nice. Also was very very hot in the room and couldn’t put the air conditioner temperature down for some reason.

Hotel was great, room was spacious and clean, it was scorching hot outside and a/c kept us cool, it was very quiet, slept good in a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful when needed, we will return again.
