Watch the "Hidden RCI Charges" Extra daily charges. The Sheraton is a great resort. The resort club could use some upgrades. Our bed was very stiff/hard. Asked for a room upgrade and nothing happened.

This resort is located close to town for a quick and inexpensive ride to town to enjoy the wonderful restaurants. The pools were very nice and there are a variety of restaurants on site. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the water towards town - many great sunsets. All the staff members were very helpful.

Over all the resort was very nice. My only complaint is that we had to pay for wifi. We have been in smaller, and cheaper resorts and I can’t remember the last time I had to pay for wifi. .They had an great location.

Overall we were very happy with our room, it's size and how it was stocked. Our family of 3 had plenty of room to stretch out and we did not feel cramped at all. It's close to town and a great location. The beach however is very rocky and not ideal. If you love to hang out on the beach, this is not the resort for you. The service was very good and the staff was very attentive. The timeshare rooms are a little dated but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. I just wish that there was a way to guarantee a room on a higher floor. We booked a year out and then ended up on the second floor of the resort. We would stay here again for sure.

Big rooms with large comfortable king size bed and two bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and had all the appliances needed. The balconies faced the ocean so we could hear the waves at night. Thank you to the friendly helpful staff that kept us feeling safe and Cecilia our wonderful room attendant whom kept our place clean and beautiful every day.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It had nice pool areas and great staff. Our room, although older, was well maintained. We liked the location the most; walking distance to the boardwalk, sites, shops and restaurants. We def recommend this resort.
