We love this resort. Have been owners here since 2001 and come every year, sometimes twice a year. We have also stayed at several other resorts in PV in order to roll over points for bigger room at Los Tules, so we know this isn’t a “Puerto Vallarta thing.” Worst sleep we’ve ever had, every single time we are here. Mattresses are hard as a rock and pillows feel like towels mushed up in pillow cases. Why oh why, Los Tules??

We have been going to Los Tules for many years now and we are thoroughly pleased with our stay every single time. The ambiance is tropical, relaxing and beautiful. There are iguanas, coconuts, palm trees, flowers, plants and even a little pond. Many pools and the beach are available to refresh the body and the restaurant on its grounds offers savory authentic Mexican meals. A family member was able to host a family party there with Mariachis, decorations and party favors which they acquired. Relaxation is the feel of the whole place and beauty is everywhere you look. Breathtaking views of the bay adorn every minute of the day. We can't wait to return!!

Dated. Old hard mattresses. No shaded areas around the pools. Loud disco next to the hotel. Don't go to the timeshare presentation. There are many better options. No amenities or activities other than the pool. Only one restaurant on site.

Always a fun time at Los Tules. Been going to Los Tules for the last 20 years. Great location to a Grocery store, close to town and airport. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has great food and service.
