This is a nice place if you are in between destinations. The rooms are nice , having a kitchen was very convenient. This can be a much better place if there were more staff to attend to their guests. The pool is nice but don't expect a party vibe at the bar at night, the mood here is very quiet. Juliette, Clifford , and Marvin were very helpful they need more people like them !!!!

Drivers who picked us up from the Airport are the best! Ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The Housekeeping is immaculate here. 2 thumbs up to the house keeping. The security was patrolling at night! Free shuttle bus to the Doctor cave beach.

I booked my reservation on expedia which clearly states that breakfast is included and when I checked in, the front desk person, told me that breakfast was not included in my reservation. She later said I could avail myself of the complimentary breakfast, but I felt I had to work to get it, by showing her screenshots of the "free breakfast" listed under the amenities on expedia's site. Two days ago, she also said that that expedia corrected the mistake of "free breakfast" for all rooms reserved, but I just checked expedia's site and it still says that breakfast is included for all rooms. So why hassle guests about breakfast when it's an issue between the hotel and expedia?

I must apologize for the inconvenience that occurred regarding the breakfast yes we do have free breakfast advertised on the website but we also have the option where you can choose whether you are interested in this free breakfast that we offer or not, as a lot of people are not accustomed to the Jamaican Breakfast. Again I do apologize.
The worst hotel to stay. The central air unit wasn't working. Very dirty place. Tv wasn't working. Really it was a nightmare to stay for $100 dollars per night.
I called front desk to ask something they said they will csack but I wait the all night . they never return the Call.

I travel for business every other week, and my company has this hotel on our booking site. What an absolute nightmare this hotel was. From check in with rude employee, to the disgusting low level room, to the old, stained towels, to the non-existent hotel "shuttle". Let me add that I could add some pretty gross photos, but really, trust me, just don't book this hotel. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And they had the nerve to charge 100$ USD a night. Awful experience. I would never go back to Jamaica just because of this experience.

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding your stay with us, we take these situations very seriously indeed. I am assuming that you stayed on our ground floor as this is our only low level room. I would appreciate it, if you could contact us directly so that we can investigate this matter immediately. We have always taken keen interest to ensure that our rooms are well kept clean, but as always with you can never be too careful.
Regarding your comment on our shuttle service, we do state on both booking site and the hotel website that we offer this service to the guest but only upon 24-48 hrs request and also that we operate during limited hrs between 9am - 5pm so in case of not being able to use this facility you would have to email us and let us know what occur so as to not make this incidence occur with our new and returning guest.
I am sorry that you found your stay here not a pleasant one and I do apologize as we try to ensure that all guest(s) leaves here satisfied.
