We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Excellent hotel which serves complimentary cake & tea in the afternoon from 2 – 6 pm.

Pros:
• Excellent Location – good view from Hotel - quite place but near to Train stations & bus stops.
• Warm & friendly staff members especially John who was very very energetic - always active to help guest. Also Sushama helped us with required information.
• Rooms are clean and average size
• Interlaken (West) railway station was just 5 mins walk.
• Interlaken (Ost) is 10 mins by Bus 21 OR 30 mins walk.
• 3 bus stops are near to this hotel.
- Unterseen Dorf (1 min, 81 mtr) – Bus 21 drops you here from Interlaken Ost
- Unterseen Stedtlizentrum (3 min, 210 mtr) – Bus 21 picks you up from here to Interlaken Ost.
- Unterseen Seestrasse (2 min, 210 mtr)

Cons:
• Hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner. However, you can go to nearby restaurants or can purchase food from Supermarkets like Coop which is very nearby to hotel.

Exceptionally friendly, warm staff in this clean and cosy hotel. John was particularly welcoming and gave us some great ideas about local area. We loved the relaxing lounge, where tea and cakes were served as a complimentary offering.
Breakfast was wonderful with a wide a variety of food, which catered for all tastes.
We will definitely return here!

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel during our stay in the area.. hotel is outdated but functional. It’s about 10 min walk to west station and about 30 min walk to Ost station. It’s close to restaurants but yet in a quiet area. We pass thru beautiful river during our walk, the unterseen area itself is beautiful.. The view from hotel is fantastic!! Breakfast was the BEST.. they had many cheese , yogurt , fruit, bread options. They also had Asian options. The room didn’t have ac but it didn’t bother us because we got 2 fans, it kept us cool. The rooms are very spacious. The only thing we didn’t like was our room didn’t have a view. We were told we have a view of harder Kulm where as we really had the view of someone’s backyard/parking. Loved the vintage elevator . The walk from interlaken OST is also beautiful. All in all recommend this place
