A short walk from Interlaken West train station, this cosy establishment is between a motel and B&B. There’s no lift so avoid having heavy suitcases. The room furniture is quite run down but the toilet is modern and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable as it was too soft and you pretty much sink into it. The room door and shower area heights are surprisingly low. So if you’re at least 6 ft, you might want to reconsider. Best was the breakfast which boasts quality options - cold cuts, fresh fruits, cheeses, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber & sometimes capsicum), cereals, dried fruits. Eggs are freshly cooked upon order and are either scrambled or fried. There’re also a nice reading area and fireplace next to the dining area.

The hotel is a short walk to the West Interlaken Station and the beautiful river that crosses the town, is also in Unterseen, where there are some beautiful wooden houses. Our room was clean and perfect for us. We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the Top of Europe Mountain. The service was outstanding and especially breakfast with made to order eggs. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ines (thank you)

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely hotel in quiet Unterseen . The room was spacious with a sofa , in addition to twin beds and a balcony overlooking the street . A kettle and a drying rack ( below flower box) were nice extras. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful . Be aware that there is no elevator or A/C. The coffee at breakfast was especially good and you can order eggs.

Location Top marks for location as it is situated 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Room I booked a superior triple room as I was travelling with my wife & daughter and they loved it. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable that I am unable to justify it in words.
Staff Very polite and always smiling.
Breakfast Breakfast was good. Although not many choices but half fried eggs on demand were enough for me.
Important! Please note that this hotel doesn't have a lift.
Overall myself & my family really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay here again.

The service was amazing! People are very kind. The rooms were nice and clean. Great shower. Amazing breakfast. Kim (the reception lady) was helpful and gentle. The location is near to the train station making it easy to travel nearby.

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Interlarken and a late opening cocktail bar just around the corner. Comfortable rooms and really good breakfast, with excellent selection of cold cuts, cerials, yoghurts and breads (great coffee). Our host (Kim) was fantastic, with a really great knowledge of the area and a couple of great recommendations

Fantastic older style hotel only 5 or 10 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. The room was clean and tidy, great shower and fantastic view of the alps from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Word of warning though, there is no elevator. Apart from that it is a great little hotel and very good location.

We stayed here two nights during a spring tour of Switzerland. We’ll be back. The hotel is an easy walk from Interlaken Ost. The room was ver comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful with ideas and directions. We’d been on the road a while and availed ourselves of the washer and drier. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful.

Excellent hotel in old part of town close to Interlaken West. Traditional building and lovely staff. Very different decor inside and good sized rooms. View is fabulous from great balcony. Very nice breakfast and restaurant downstairs looks great too

Beautiful quaint property a few minutes walk of Interlaken west train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the accommodation. The owner was very helpful and gave us a nice room with a balcony. The hotel was clean , comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of choice. We wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hi Shrikant.. Catch a train from Interlaken OST to Interlaken West. It's hardly 2 mins journey. From there the hotel is actually walkable but since you have a senior citizen, you can board a bus number 101. The bus should read Unterseen. The hotel is 2 mins by bus. It's a beautiful hotel. Enjoy your stay!!
