Great Stay here. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean and good and Daily cleaning.. Pool clean , beach is in walking distance in about 5 Minutes .. also Stores and Restaurants are located in 5-10 Minutes

This was a lovely clean budget hotel to stay in. Wonderful friendly staff, lovely swimming pools, great breakfasts and the whole complex is beautifully maintained. Location was very convenient for us. Would not hesitate to stay here next visit to Phuket. If you are after the more fancier accommodation, this is not the place for you. Remember- you get what you pay for. As we are budget minded travellers, it met our needs well.

This hotel is stunning . The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you .
The breakfast was good and they added things for us like scrambled eggs.
The rooms were very clean , comfortable beds , spacious balcony’s. Close to shops and beach .
They have 3 pools . And a small kids pool . There is a bar around the pool .
Tuk tuks out the front so always transport .
Room tip: Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as laundry services .
Mini mart to the right is cheaper then seven 11 .

That's the only way I can describe our recent stay at the Best Western Phuket ocean view
(12th April - 26th April 2022)
Myself, my wife and my neice returned to the resort after our previous visit in 2018, our decision to return was influenced by our previous visit where the level of care & attention provided to us was second to non, our visit this year proved to be an inspired decision due to the even higher level of service we received this time making the resort the best experience of care & the best place to take a vacation in the whole of Phuket, and very simply it is the people who are employed at the resort that drive the great delivery of everything good about the Best Westerna at this location, from reception to dining to housekeeping to maintenance the people are truly one in a million, there professionalism in there roles to the way we were warmly welcomed & cared for as if we were family will live with us for a lifetime!
I would greatly appreciate it if you could make sure that each and everyone of the team at the resort are informed of my review and feedback as they are all truly amazing! And if you could make sure the following list of employees are given a special commendation of our utmost respect and appreciation it would mean a great deal to myself & my family who find this group of people truly incredible, you should feel extremely proud of the following employees who you are very fortunate to have representing the name of BEST WESTERN

After a 2 year wait we got to return to this beautiful island and hotel. My husband myself and neice arrived 12th April til 26th and were welcomed with the biggest welcome by the reception staff our check in was easy and the staff helped us with down loading the app for our pcr test results. We requested our previous room and were happy to get this , the staff are so friendly and helpful always there to help
I have to thank them for making my birthday so special with the surprise flowers and prosecco from my husband but the singing delivery was an added bonus 😊 This was our third visit and
We can't wait to return and see you all again

So this is our 3rd time at this hotel, and WOW with being included in the Sandbox scheme they have done a fantastic job from the start of our arrival to our departure, all staff greet you with a bow, unfortunately masked are still being worn it most places but I would say also a smile 😃 if you are thinking visiting Thailand, this hotel is based in Phuket Karon Beach and you will be amazed when you stay here, all in all this place magnificent and paradise thank you all staff for another wonderful stay, hopefully we will see you all next year.
