My wife & I stayed at the Best Western for 16 wonderful days. I honestly cannot rate it highly enough. Absolutely loved it, we would quite happily go back tomorrow. It was spacious, spotlessly clean with 3 pools. The food was up to scratch, the staff were amazing. The friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The fully air-conditioned room was spacious with a private balcony which gave us a view of the bay allowing us to watch some lovely sunsets. The hotel restaurant was excellent and not overpriced, though we only ever ordered Thai food. I recommend staying bed & breakfast. The breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choice and endless coffee. The location is spot on, just a short walk to either the beach or the hustle & bustle of the main shopping/ eating area of Karon. If that's not enough, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus into the larger town of Patong, which will take you there and bring you back with a very accomodating timetable. One trip not to miss is to the green Elephant sanctuary, where you get to feed, mud wash and shower with the elephants. Has to be the best experience ever.

The room had all that you needed including a free safe, complimentary water, coffee tea every day the we had a balcony overlooking the sea. Wi-Fi was all over the hotel and good enough to WhatsApp back to UK. However the room decor was very dated and could do with triple glazing. Externally the grounds and three pools are great. But the steps and climbing may not suit all. Breakfast had a good choice including lots of spicy food that we didn't try, this time of day the restaurant is manic but the staff have it all under control. We have to say all the staff were very friendly. We have given the low scoring purely on the noise from the main road that runs directly outside the hotel which kept us awake until after 3am on a number of nights.

Love this place ! We stayed here in September which was a return visit. Still amazing and even better than before. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive and professional. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. The breakfast area has been improved from our last visit and is clean and inviting. Check in and check out was effortless. The resort is close to shops and restaurants in Karon beach. There are 3 adult size pools and a small children's pool, all of which are well maintained. The reception area has a snooker table, coffee machine and plenty of seating.
Hints when booking the Best Western;
If you have issues taking stairs book the lower level bungalows. Showers are over the bath so if you have accessibility issues request a room with a walk in shower, Iron and ironing boards are available upon request from reception. Coffee and tea facilities are available in the room along with a fridge. No mini bar available however there are plenty of convenience stores within walking distance if you want to get your own supplies.
Final Note; We left the Best Western to go to a 5 star resort in Nai Yang before we flew home and wished we never left as the service just didn't compare. If we had the choice again we would have stayed longer,

Great location within walking distance from the beach, shops & restaurants and the lovely Temple Night Market. Bus stop was also close. The hotel surroundings were lovely with many palm trees etc. The pool area was nice (three swimming pools). The room was in good condition and very clean. Many different toiletries were included, as well as two bottles of water per day. There was a complimentary coffee machine at the hotel lobby. The mattress and pillows were just right for me. My room was situated after very very many stairs (and no elevator). I was aware of this possibility and was fine with it (free exercise!). I had hoped for a view to the sea, but had a view of some lovely palm trees in stead. The staff was polite and helpful. As a downside, the food was quite basic and expensive compared to other nearby restaurants and hotels. (Had one breakfast and one dinner).

Showed up at the hotel and was treated like I was a VIP right from the start. Everyone from the bell man , to the front desk, to food service and housekeeping. Everyone always had a smile on their face, making sure my stay or my needs were taken care of at all times. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in many hotels. Good value considering the location (5 min from beach) and amenities: 3 pools, ocean view and a restaurant.
For us the restaurant was a good surprise, very good european/italian cuisine besides the typical thai food, and also the restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly (want to mention Robert, Efren, Maung and Usa). Even if there were many restaurants outside, was very convenient and quiet to enjoy a good meal before getting out.
The rooms are a bit outdated, A/C make some noise. But cleaning and room service are very good.
The location is very good and convenient, 5 min walking from beach and also from main central area.

After a 2 year wait we got to return to this beautiful island and hotel. My husband myself and neice arrived 12th April til 26th and were welcomed with the biggest welcome by the reception staff our check in was easy and the staff helped us with down loading the app for our pcr test results. They need to upgrade the fitnessroom! It was 3 bicykles there, no one worked. The tread mill was very old and they did not have any ellipsemachine. The freeweights was fine. Pleace buy som new bicykles, treadmill and get one or two ellipsemachines. I checked several other hotels in Karon, and the fitnessrooms were much better. There are actually some of us that want to exercise during our vacation.

We are a family of 10 and enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sparkling clean pools. Breakfast is very good and the best pizzas in Karon are served at their restaurant. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Management and staff were so helpful and efficient. When I was unwell they looked after me like family. The service was super efficient too. I had to fly home early due to a health condition, I cannot speak highly enough of the support and help from the manageress and her team. The room was spotless and the maids were caring. The food hall was of a five star standard and nothing was too much trouble Thanks to all staff at Best Western for a great stay during difficult trip. See you again soon.
