Our family of 5, 4 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter stayed here for 15 nights.. I chose this resort based on TA reviews, it’s location and services.
We can’t say enough about this resort. It’s relatively small, only 32 guest rooms but that’s part of what makes it special.. never busy, always quiet and best of all, the staff are fantastic and the personal service is wonderful.
We virtually ate all of our meals here, every breakfast and all dinners. The only lunches we didn’t were tour days or days we were simply out and about..
The breakfast buffet is a wonderful selection of western and Asian foods. The Asian dishes change daily and many were in their menu. The egg station cook did eggs/omelettes daily to perfection. You can also order items that are prepared in the kitchen, such as eggs Benedict and French toast. Fantastic for a hotel buffet !!
The menu for dining is large, so many choices from Asian , Seafoods, Steaks, Fish, Pasta, Burgers, Pizza and appetizers/desserts. We tried so many dishes, all were excellent..
The Thai cuisine was fantastic, we really enjoyed it all and the quality was too notch. The prices for the dining we had here are so low compared to western world, we are amazed at how reasonable the costs were for such great cuisine.
The rooms we had were on second floor with garden balconies, side by side. They were well appointed, so clean and in great order! AC was wonderful, easy remote controls. Electric kettle, mini fridge with freezer and microwave were so nice to have! The beds were so comfortable, great mattresses and pillows/bedding, top notch.
The pool on the top floor with a view is truly a gem.. small waterfall into it, so clean and warm! Pool service for food and drinks and fantastic lounge chairs. Never busy, always felt like an oasis, couldn’t be better!
In the gardens on main level they have outdoor jacuzzi “pond” tub in the rock mode. So refreshing every night, outside dining there too as well as an awesome sauna! Again, so quiet with few guests at any time we used it. Usually no one else…
Don’t be deterred by the location up a hill. It’s a very short, easy walk down to beach, never took us 10 minutes. The uphill coming back is only about 200m , not an issue. If needing a lift, lots of cabs and tuk tuks right near hotel to connect with, very easy. Hotel also has free beach shuttle.
Karon Beach is a gem, so much better than Patong. We stayed up on north part of beach always closer to hotel, less busy, always super clean, great beach chairs/umbrellas to rent. They were 200baht a day for two chairs and anchored umbrella. Well kept and super deal. White powder sugary sands, gentle surf, great snorkelling, awesome beach. Lots of sunset opportunities here, we’d walk down and enjoy it, great spot for perfect sunsets.
The true highlight of this resort that makes it so special is the incredible staff..the on-site manager, Sun, is a wonderful man. He’s so hands on, helpful, caring and always mingling to ensure your stay is 100%. I’m certain this resorts smooth and seamless operations are due in many ways to his dedicated service to guests and staff. We truly thank him for making our experience special!
The front line staff are wonderful people, we can’t say enough about how they go above and beyond for guests! Fha was our room housekeeper. So accommodating and keeps everything so nice, fresh flowers etc. Rooms and common areas are spotless!
Reception staff were always so engaging, Zar is a young lady that stands out. She was so helpful, always enquiring about our activities, wanting to help make our stay better. Helped me with Cambodia visas, such a great ambassador for the resort!
We had the pleasure of being served so many meals at breakfast and dinner by Oliver, Dassy, Lam and Mai. Such wonderful service by such amazing young people. They made are stay wonderful, really went above and beyond with our granddaughter. Oliver asked her if she liked pancakes. She said she did.. they weren’t in menu but he asked her many times if she wanted some and got them made special when she did. Just one example of how fantastic this resort and staff are.
We had airport transfers set up through resort, worked great. Was sad to leave after 15 days of paradise here.. we will most definitely return to this amazing resort on our next Thailand trek! It’s no wonder it’s ranked #1 out of all hotels/resorts in Phuket!!

Because we’re small we can serve Guest preferences better than a large resort. We recommend if you’re looking for a large resort, pls check some other options. ✓ Our happiest Guests researched for a Boutique destination full service 4.5 Star resort at a reasonable price surrounded by nature but within reasonable walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the Beach and Town. ✓ Our happiest Guests appreciate our SkyPool and reasonably priced services: Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa Services (both complimentary and paid), Tour Bookings etc. ✓ Many say they never felt a need to leave the resort. I've stayed here several times before and it just keeps getting better. Rooms are very spacious, airy and have a homely feel. They are all quiet and have double glazed patio doors to their individual balcony. Decor is nice and they all have a proper fridge, tea and coffee facilities and large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The restaurant known as The Dining Room has been tweaked slightly to add atmosphere and the food here is superb, both in quality and value. Breakfast offers a beautiful choice of American/ Asian and European food and can also be served in the adjacent garden. In addition you can now order dinner at the rooftop pool and a sunset dinner here is lovely. The pool is 35metres long with poolside seating tables and a paved patio with lovely quality sunbeds. There is zero pollution or road noise as the building is surrounded by jungle on three sides. The flowers here are beautiful. You can order a drink or lunch and the food is lovely and modestly priced. Service is seamlessly good throughout the hotel, theatmosphere is warm and friendly. and the staff, many of whom are long-term are so polite and attentive without being intrusive. In terms of location, a gentle stroll downhill, about 10 minutes, will leave you in the heart of Karon Beach. This resort abounds with entertainment but is not as in your face or brash as nearby Patong. A small fee takes care of the journey back and spares any alcohol-induced physical excess ! I simply can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It's an example of how it should be done and a tribute to the hard work and organizational skills of the owners. Give yourself an absolute treat and go there !
Just an afterthought, in these worrying times , all the rooms in the whole hotel have individual climate control so there is no recirculation of others air !

We have stayed at this great little boutique hotel so many times I've lost count (8 or 9). Situated in the hills 10 minutes walk from Karon beach there is a quiet peaceful atmosphere. An easy walk to the main shopping and restaurant district of Karon and a tuk tuk will cost about 200 baht to get home if you are not inclined to climb the small, short hill back to the hotel (20 metre steepish incline). If you book on their website breakfast is included-and what an amazing breakfast it is. The staff are amazing and it is obvious that the restaurant runs itself in a super professional, well organised manner.The staff really go out of there way to be helpful , service is always with a cheery smile and happy attitude. We had a 2 bedroom unit which would comfortably fit 5 adult and 2 small children in the bunks in one of the bedrooms. Rooms are generous sizes and there is plenty of wardrobe, storage space. The roll away provision in the main lounge room was a new fold down sofa bed and it was very comfortable. Full size fridge in the kitchen with plenty of bench space, crockery and glasses, cutlery provided. House keeping was very good-always maintained and promptly cleaned and tidied on our return from (late) breakfast. Reception staff were always happy, friendly and offered great service and advice. Roof top pool with tables was perfect. Great views of the ocean, sunset and even the Big Buddha. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again. I cannot recommend the Pacific Club Resort enough-truly a hidden gem in Kron.

We booked to stay 6 nights here from, 11th to 18th February our accommodation was an executive suite on the 3rd floor.
The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk away from some good restaurants and bars. There is a bit of a steep hill approaching the hotel.
Our accommodation had a well equipped kitchen area, with a fridge and freezer, cooking hob plate, crockery, cutlery, kettle and pots and pans. A bit bemused that cooking facilities provided as it was not permitted to cook in the room.
There was also a safe in the room. Toiletries, bathrobes and slippers were also provided.
Our room was well maintained and really clean to a very high standard and really comfortable.
A good varied breakfast was available from 06.30 to 10.30 am in The Dining Room Restaurant. There was a chef on hand to cook omelettes and other egg dishes.
On the 8th floor was the sky pool, there were sunloungers, umbrellas, shower and toilets and towels were provided. There was also a bar/cafe with dining areas near the pool.
There was free wifi in the hotel including up by the rooftop pool area.
It was a 10 minute walk from Karon Beach, however the hotel did provide a free shuttle twice a day. Also provided were beach towels and portable umbrellas.
All of the staff were very friendly and polite. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

We've had Guests in the past who try to do something like burn a steak in their kitchenette or Fry Chicken. Needless to say they set of smoke alarms throughout the hotel etc. So we ask our Guests to use discretion about cooking in the room. Actually our rooms with kitchenettes were designed to give our Guests a homey feeling and great place to do up killer snacks etc., of course after you look at our room service prices it's a no brainer to dine in our restaurant for full meals cause you can't possible do it for less by running out and setting up a the kitchen in Thailand. There are no Walmarts down the street, LOL. We're pleased we could meet and exceed all of your expectations for a 4.5 star resort experience. COVID-19 (CoronaVirus) Information: We’re happy to inform our prospective Guests there have still been no documented cases of COVID-19 in Phuket and very few in Thailand. Thailand has been ranked #6 of 110 countries worldwide for readiness to deal with the possibility of a COVID-19 outbreak. We’re reading doctors have ascertained COVID-19 does not survive in temperatures over 27 C. And of course Phuket has higher temperatures than 27C almost 24/7. Nonetheless, at Pacific we have already planned how to provide for and care for our Guests in the event there is any kind of outbreak and here is a summary. • Our rooms all have self contained A/C units so there is NO Airflow between rooms. • WE have a plan to deal with COVID-19 in the event it does break out in Phuket. • WE will minimize IN and OUT travel by purchasing food once each 7 days rather than daily. • WE will also stock food for 7 days (not full menu). • WE will screen all people coming in and out, and have medical support available • WE will be able to provide clean drinking water from our deep well. Almost no other properties in Phuket have that option. • WE have areas where you can relax outside the room without being within 15 feet of another Guest. There are enough of those areas so ALL Guests can be outside but not near each other. Our goal is to be the perfect hosts in the event there is any occurrence here in Phuket.

We chose to stay at Karon Beach because we thought Patong would be too busy and Kata might be a bit too sleepy. Seems like we got it right. We even chose a great hotel there.
The Pacific Club Resort is about a 10 minute walk (which includes a rather daring crossing of the main road) from the beach. Given that the hotel is reasonable priced and is a nice place, this made it ideal. The rooms have a nice little balcony with just enough room for a couple of Changs to accompany the sunset. The bed was firm but sleepable. The bathroom was nicely appointed, even if it was a bit odd to not have a door or curtain on the shower.
Breakfast was very nice. They offered a choice of four entrees each morning plus the usual selection of cereals, juice and pastries.
As usual in Thailand, the staff were superb. Always wanting to help but never overbearing.
We only visited the rooftop pool once but it was nice. Just not as nice as the beach!
If you are going to Karon Beach, know that you can rent beach umbrellas and chaise lounges for 100 baht each per day. Just arrive before about 11:00 am to be sure to get one.

We had stayed at the Pacific Club on a number of previous occasions so it was our first choice for our trip. It’s 3 years since our last visit and we noticed a few changes, nothing major but a big improvement. New chairs in the garden restaurant and sun loungers by the pool look so much better, and are more comfortable too. The restaurant has has a few tweaks and looks brighter and more welcoming. In comparison to other hotels, the Pacific Club has very spacious rooms with plenty of storage space for your belongings. There is a free, in-room safe, a full sized refrigerator, a microwave and tea & coffee making facilities. The buffet breakfast is excellent with à la carte options as well as several Asian options which change daily. Fresh fruit, juices, pastries, waffles - it’s all there. The roof top pool is amazing and we booked a table by the pool for dinner one evening, which was wonderful. We had the rooftop to ourselves for dinner under the stars. The hotel is about 1km out of Karon but it’s an easy stroll into the centre. Those of you who are a bit older, like ourselves, will probably choose to taxi back as the final part of the journey is a short but steep hill. The fare is a standard 200 baht. The staff are delightful and we note that many have been there since our first visit, and welcomed us like old friends. Did I mention the spa? It’s very professional and offers a wide range of treatments in cool surroundings. Give it the support it deserves, rather than using the street massages. I could go on, but I don’t want to encourage too many people to stay here in case I can’t get a reservation in the future! A big thank you to Eric and team for another great stay. COVID-19 (CoronaVirus) Information: We’re happy to inform our prospective Guests there have still been no documented cases of COVID-19 in Phuket and very few in Thailand. Thailand has been ranked #6 of 110 countries worldwide for readiness to deal with the possibility of a COVID-19 outbreak. We’re reading doctors have ascertained COVID-19 does not survive in temperatures over 27 C. And of course Phuket has higher temperatures than 27C almost 24/7. Nonetheless, at Pacific we have already planned how to provide for and care for our Guests in the event there is any kind of outbreak and here is a summary. • Our rooms all have self contained A/C units so there is NO Airflow between rooms. • WE have a plan to deal with COVID-19 in the event it does break out in Phuket. • WE will minimize IN and OUT travel by purchasing food once each 7 days rather than daily. • WE will also stock food for 7 days (not full menu). • WE will screen all people coming in and out, and have medical support available • WE will be able to provide clean drinking water from our deep well. Almost no other properties in Phuket have that option. • WE have areas where you can relax outside the room without being within 15 feet of another Guest. There are enough of those areas so ALL Guests can be outside but not near each other. Our goal is to be the perfect hosts in the event there is any occurrence here in Phuket.

I stayed at the Pacific Club Resort in January 2020 with my family and my pregnant wife as a group of 6. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The food in their restaurant was super tasty and they have lots of options to choose from, ranging from international favourites to local delicious Thai dishes. The staff were also very accommodating with our dietary requirements.
There is an on-site spa treatment business which offers amazing treatments at very affordable prices!! However, what really stood out to us and contributed to a lovely holiday was the extremely high level of customer service that we experienced. Particularly from Chai, Joso and Su, who looked after us at all hours of the day in the restaurant or by the pool and from Zar in the reception who helped us organise tours, vans, laundry and gave us local advice. The ladies working in the spa treatment facility were also very nice. All of them were so lovely and we cannot recommend this resort enough. This could easily be a place we will regularly return to in the future.

My husband and I returned to Pacific Club after 3 yrs. The menu has been revamped and is better than ever. Prices may be a little more than the street cafes and vendors but at least you know that its cooked in a clean kitchen with no risk of 'Thailand tummy'. It was like returning home to see smiling faces where nothing is ever too much trouble! Buffet breakfast is fantastic with everything you could want. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and house keeping daily leaving bottled water to drink. The roof top pool is our favourite place to relax and cool down on those humid days. The view from the pool is picturesque with the mountains that surround on one side and the sea on the other. Beautiful frangipani trees surround the pool making it even more special. A 10 minute walk to Karon to enjoy daily massages and shopping for trinkets or snacks for the evening Netflix movie. Can't wait to see everyone again in September. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. My friends and I visited Pacific Club Resort in January 2020. We initially had another hotel booked but changed to this one and I am so glad that we did !
From start to finish the service was impeccable. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the hotel isn’t huge it’s a good size, we were on the first floor which was handy. The pool is on the 5th floor it’s a beautiful infinity pool, there is a bar up there and sun loungers it was lovely. The sunset view was something else!
We had breakfast included, we wasn’t sure what it was going to be like but it was just perfect. Fresh fruit juice, tea, coffee, water, egg station(I’d recommend omelet!) croissants, muffins, pastries, fruit, salad, bacon, sausages etc, the fried potatoes were so good I will miss them 🤣 then a selection of Asian food. The food was great, I couldn’t fault the restaurant in any way and the staff were brilliant - Joso & Chai were so lovely they couldn’t do enough for us! We ordered food and drinks at the pool aswell and the guys brought it up to us, we had so many milkshakes we lost count, id def recommend them also 😂 we had dinner in the hotel a couple of nights and it was lush! The vegetarian spring rolls and vegan rice was 👌 friends had curry, Mexican food, burgers etc and it was all so good!!
We had massages in the hotel spa (special offer 700 baht for 90 mins!) and it was AMAZING!! There is a jacuzzi pool and sauna outside the spa and that was lovely too!
The hotel is a short walk into town or to the beach and you can get a shuttle to the beach also (hotel bus). We walked down to town every night and got a tuk tuk back up as it is up hill 😆
We all agreed there was absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel and the lovely staff, it’s truly a wonderful place to be and we are so happy that we booked with you. Thank you for the best stay we could have asked for on our amazing trip to Thailand 🇹🇭💙 we hope to be back soon!! X

As we were having a special family reunion with our son who lives in Bangkok and our daughter who lives in NZ, I needed to find a hotel near Karon beach close to all the nightlife etc. This resort was very reasonably priced, great staff and had everything we needed. It was a trek up the hill but we used taxis and Tuk tuks to get home. A beautiful roof top pool with cocktails served when you wanted them. What’s not to like ! Unfortunately we had to check out earlier than planned due to the Covid issues and needing to get home, however, the management were very understanding and flexible about check out dates. They even had a plan for guests should we have been stuck, we loved Karon and all the music bars, great places to eat and they even catered for my daughters many egg and nut allergies which gave her much confidence! If you have allergies do take a translation which worked well. Go to big Buddha, Patong, Elephant Sanctuary Patong, Beach is fab and entertaining watching the very dangerous parascending. Thanks for a great stay. Phuket we will be back !

If anything is a little slow, pls excuse us while we go thru this process. Pls note we will be substituting a full service breakfast by order rather than a buffet until new health restrictions are clear and we can ascertain our Guest preferences again. Our philosophy and goals remain the same as before the crisis. We are here to provide a 5 star full service experience at reasonable for Guests who demand cleanliness, security, and peace of mind. We have also added additional tighter protocols for health and safety to be sure our Guests remain healthy (at least for our part of that job :-) Pls note our Chinese Laundry, Spa services, and Restaurant service in our Dining Room continue to be priced the same or lower than what you can find in the shabbier establishments out on the street. So pls enjoy pamper yourself with full service at great prices. FYI, I locked down with our Team at Pacific Club who mostly reside here. Hello,
Of course we still operate it, it's part of Pacific Club. And the Herbs are better than before. We had a lot of practice getting the Herb mixture perfect due to we operated it everyday thru COVID and that's probably why nobody here got infected all the way until Omicron.
Hours are now 17:30 til 22:00 or last person leaves and other times on special request.
I wonder why you were worried, hehe.

As the owner I can say definitely our policy has never been and never will be to collect a security deposit (for a million reasons). We understand, especially now, travel is difficult now and continue to be as flexible as possible as long as our guests stay in contact (Email is best). We only ask for a credit card number and that's only to guarantee your first night if a guest "No Shows" and fail to respond to messages or let us know of any plan changes.
So book with confidence, and we Thank You for making the effort to travel. Pls note Phuket will reopen as a COVID Free destination in October. All tourists will be required to quarantine and be tested for 14 days on arrival. After that you will be in a Paradise which is COVID Free.
