It was a great experience start to finish. The location is great, the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff friendly and attentive and the dining was great. Erik Garcia (blue google shirt) handled are excursions during the week and was incredible. The excursions (including zip line, surfing and horseback riding) were perfect, well planned, professional and the transportation was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend the resort for your stay and Erik Garcia for your local tours/excursions.

Incredible week in Costa Rica we had! Choose Westin if you like to be pampered and want the best all inclusive experience. Top to bottom A to Z this place is amazing. Staff here are happy, happy workers = great service no brainer. Tip well and now you have best friends all over. Food here is awesome guys. Just this reservation thing dosent make sense I mean were supposed to stress to get a table at an all inclusive ? But whatever.... The best part of Costa Rica is the tours and excursions. We just didn't wat to cook or worry about going from restaurant to restaurant outside. We did our research and no way were going after a dude in blue shirt on a beach just cause he pays people to write reviews hahahha We found CONCHALFUN and made that toll free call and spoke to Andrei. Solid guy, very transparent funny and an encyclopedia of info. He helped us choose what is right for us NOT what he wants to sell. We wanted a real hike. A true adventure and he told us about Miravalles volcano. A 4 hour hike not for the faint of heart. Man We will never forget this trip. I wont even spoil it just call and book I mean we came to Costa Rica drove to a dormant volcano and climbed all the way up. nuff said. We also did a fishing trip and ate our catch after at the Westin. We also did the jet skis and ATV tour. Yes We are active it is not for everybody but Conchalfun has all kind of tours for all mobility level and age groups. Next time we do b nb now that we know the land and Andrei is the main contact true vip concierge golden keys style.

Westin is a cut above, whole family loved this stay. I love the people, Costa Rica is like family now. They are beautiful, warm hearted people who are willing to bend over backwards for their guests. They are proud of this country, and should be.

Westin was as expected, 5 star in every category, pool/beach/rooms/restaurants/people.

We did a tour with Erik G., he is a man who keeps his word. Waterfall tour went great, me and the kids did this while mom enjoyed the spa. Driver Willi was an awesome dude. Transportation was responsible. Staff at the tour site was amazing! We did a private guided tour with Vladomir, and can't say enough good things. He is a true nature lover, and cared for the grounds in everything he did. Kids loved talking to him.
