We had a delicious meal for two adults and two tennagers. We had fresh pasta, rice and fish. The dishes were very Good and tasty. The service was very Kind and fast. The only thing was the price. It was a little expensive.
The patio is comfortable and if It’s warm It’s a nice place outdoors.

The food was very well presented and certainly tasty, if I had to say one downside it would be the service which was quite awful, other than that amazing restaurant.

The service level in Barcelona is in my opinion some of the best in the world, so there is touch competition. This restaurant falls quite far below the bar in this respect. its a shame as the venue location is amazing, and they have a really lovely spot to take advantage of. However the lady who served us was pretty rude and in the end we left without even ordering a drink.

Italian retaurants... As Chinese, Indian and Japanese, the most common all over the world.... THAT'S WHY THEY ARE SO SIMPLE TO COMPARE! And this one is definitely in my "Top list" in Barcelona (for sure) but also one of the best I ever been.
Small, "hidden" (a destiny restaurant (means you don't pass by accidentally...)). An small terrace, but surrounded of bush that allows you to stay quiet and "hidden". An small saloon and a TERRIFIC menu. Raggu (a kind of "Bolognese" sauce, but taken to a "heaven class"). Or an amazing rissotto parmigianno. Buffffff.... just thinking about it I get hungry....!
And i had an even more crazy experience... I went to the toilet and on the way I saw different dishes that were even tastier (and the smell....) than mine. So, a great excuse to come back!
Wine list is fine, cava and champagne proper (my favorite drink...). Service is very professional and friendly. Price.... daily menu is crazily good and fine. "A la carte" is slightly pricy. But this is because we always have an image that pasta is cheap....
In my opinion, an italian mandatory in Barcelona!

We sat on the terrace as it was a lovely evening. The bread arrived quickly but after that as the restaurant got busier the service slowed. Food was very good but it took 2 hours to serve 2 courses. My nephews ice cream took 40 mins!!!

Where ever I find myself in the world I always find myself eating Italian food, this restaurant was recommended by the hotel I was staying at and was first class.
Ate here twice in one week and had an enjoyable experience both times.
Sat outside on their lovely terrace, great attention is paid to the quality of the food and fresh ingredients and the presentation. Also an excellent choice of wines, friendly staff, they only had one English menu but that was fine as we were the only tourists in the restaurants everyone else seemed to be locals.

The food was good. Portions small. Prices high. We had went for dinner. I don't mind paying a high price for good food. But the portions were something you would serve for lunch not dinner.
We have found in the past that restaurants offer an English menu as well as Spanish. They did not. I had to use google translate to read my menu. The menu was written in Italian.

One of the best Italian restaurant in Barcelona.
I recomend specially have a dinner in the garden.
I recomend spaghetti a la botarga and Vittelo tonato.
Good and fast service.
I like that is possible order 1/2 ration of everything, good idea for children.

We'be being going to Gustibus for more than 15 years now. This is THE real Italian in the city, where you can eat like in an Italian restaurant... In Italy! Reviews pointing out the service could be better are true though. However food well deserves a visit

We have being looking for restaurants in Barcelona and certainly this is the best Italian restaurante there. You can tell that the chef is italian by the quality for each dish. If you have the good luck to be helped by miss Katinka, the experience will be complete. We highly recomend this place if you look for italian food in Barcelona

We are , or rather, were regulars at de Gustibus, lunchtime only, as they have a decent 3 course meal with wine Monday to Friday lunchtime for around 15 euros. It is good value and the food generally is competently prepared. Where this restaurant badly lets itself down is the terrible service and judging by other reviews, service seems to be a major gripe with many contributors. The waitresses have a terrible attitude. I have never seen either of them smile in the numerous visits we have made. They both look bored and grumpy and fail constantly to take care of the table.We grew tired of the bad attitude and now go elsewhere. It is amazing the owner does not see how much these waitresses can damage the business because despite our complaining , they are still serving. A kitchen position would be more appropriate, well away from the customers.
