We stopped at the place because of their impressive vegan menu (note: it is a huge challenge to find any vegan food at the Bavaro's restaurants.)
The service was excellent - the English speaking waitress, friendly lady owner, indoor a/c dinning area... The prices for vegan dishes are VERY expensive, the prices for the non-vegan dishes - competitive.
The food was OK. Unfortunately, the pizza crust inside was undercooked but burned outside. So sad, because they use the good ingredients. (upon the exit, we noticed that other customers also have burned pizza). My husband, the pizza lover, could not finish his undercooked pizza. My vegan gnocchi were good, but I am not sure if I would order them again. (price vs. quality)
A generous scoop of gelato was very good!

Best pizza my mom has had in a long time and she said she never expected it in Punta Cana. But the owner is really Italian and it tasted so good. I had ravioli and it was also excellent. Both dishes were served immediately after being prepared, making them hot and fresh.

Welcoming place since you walk in the door. Great menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast recommendation given by Maria was excellent. My husband and I had the fresh made Croissants with Prosciutto and cheese and Croissants filled with freshly made Strawberry jam. We will definitely come in for dinner!

The pizza's and desert are delicious but I have to say, what really stuck, was the service I received from my waiter Socrates l, in the 7 months we've been here and all the restaurants we been to, Socrates was by far the best service we received. You also have to get the Nutella pizza for dessert, it's not on the menu but they will make it for you. Enjoy!

OMG that pizza tastes just like the one in Italy, the chef is Italian and when you taste it, you know you that is authentic Napoli pizza. Staff- Maria is super friendly, the neighbored pretty safe. Highly Recommend this place.

My wife loves her pizza. Wherever we go it is her favorite meal. We were amazed at the Plaza Turquesa Bella Napoli and how good their pies are. Blistered crust, tomato sauce that is just a touch sweet, toppings of excellent quality and outdoor dining, a must during covid. We went back more than once and are pleased to tell fellow New Yorkers that some of the best pizza we have had is in Bavaro!

This is the real deal. Not a knockoff Italian restaurant.
Tiramisu is awesome. The pizzaiolo is from Sardinia and the wood fired pizze are amazing.
Great Gelato. The fresh fruit juices are delicious.
Prices are reasonable and service is friendly and prompt.
Highly recommend.

Good pizzas, even though the burratta was kind of weird. The dough was amazing.
Two stars down is the service. We waited 25 minutes for one pizza take away. After 15 minutes they realized they forgot us, and we went to buy groceries in the mean time. When we came back and a girl waiter shouted at us for no reason - very bad attitude. We got our pizzas and left

We have been coming to this restaurant for 6 years …we always came for their Gelato every night .. The owners and the employees keep you coming back. We finally had the pizza. It was incredible. It’s no wonder this place is always full of people … Napoli is a gem in Bavaro , Punta Cana… Be sure to experience it. You won’t be disappointed , eat in the restaurant or take out

We loved the food here! The pizza was authentic and so so tasty. The pasta was really good too. We didn’t get chance to try the breakfast here but wish we could have. The service was very fast and friendly too, which we found uncommon in the area!

We ordered the gnocchi and the ravioli pesto. Both excellent.
Some restaurants cut back on the pesto. Not here. Covered in an excellent amount of pesto.
Americano and cappuccino also excellent.
Definitely on the list of places to visit again.

If you’re visiting Plaza Turquesa in Punta Cana you need to visit this place. They have very friendly waitresses (especially Maria) and affordable delicious food!
10/10 my family and I have dined here multiple times on our vacation.

Great place all the time good service and food.
For many years Italian family, a couple and pretty daughter, they work every day.
Besides pizzas, there are cakes inside where is A/C.

Magnificent place for breakfast and dine. Terrific staff, especially one waitress, Maria. She's funny, hospitable and very special person. Wish all places had the same hospitality as Bella Napoli Italian Food & Tasters.
