The beach is clean and the warm crystal water is just stunning. You can also rent a boat and you can discover the beautiful beaches around there. This boutique hotel deserves the best ratings. As they are still young and new, I believe this hotel will be soon sold out all over the season. We will be back. Greetings to all Tomas & Pamela

The decor is stunning, the thoughtful finishing touches really set it apart from other hotels.
Breakfast was delicious, great choice and everything is so obviously fresh - including the smoothies. We ate in the sushi restaurant and were blown away by the quality.
All staff super friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely be returning.
PS - LOVE the edible straws!
Thanks for a great stay.
No free Wifi, anywhere, which nowadays is very unusual.
Basic white plastic sunbeds that were very uncomfortable. You could have a cushion but you had to pay 2€ a day. Pool towels were 10€ deposit, plus 2€, & another 2€ to change it. The pool was small & you couldn't have inflatables. It got very busy & very noisy.
Excellent selection of drinks. Ice lollies & ice creams all day. You could get your own soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc. as there were machines at the bar although kids were messing with it. All drinks are served in small plastic cups, day & night.
Restaurant was small. The chairs were garden chairs, with no cushions, that dug into your legs.Limited choice of food which was ok but some of the food combinations were, interesting. There was snacks throughout the day too.The chinese restaurant was excellent.
Evening entertainment was good with outside people being brought in.

The manager greeted us on our last morning when we arrived for breakfast to personally check we were enjoying our stay. Oh and the breakfast - soo much choice! I booked my covid test to come back to the Uk via the hotel as the Dr is available daily so this was very easy and convenient. The hotel is situated in a quiet part on the north of the island which was just what we needed to escape London and really relax.
The beach was so close, only a little walk behind the pool accessed through a door using your key card. It was a shame we only saw Robby on our second day so we missed the paddle boarding but Robby was so friendly and we will definitely take advantage of the activities next time we stay. We would love to to come back, highly recommend this hotel... thank you for a fantastic stay :)
The highlight our stay was the activities available, while few the ones we did were all incredibly memorable, (except the pilates which could be renamed stretch and hold). We loved the small but well equipped gym, really felt like a home gym. Also the Light Leg massage was incredible! The best massage I've ever had
All the staff around the bar and pool areas were so lovely and friendly, a special shout out to Robbie, the guest experience manager, he really made our stay incredible and took the time with all guests promoting the activities and making everyone's experience great
The food generally was amazing, the organisation of the buffet took a while to get used too however we loved most of the food
If we were being picky, one small negative was housekeeping. Things like leaving our balcony door open twice, throwing away our receipts and water bottles, leaving a dirty cleaning cloth on the side and not always replacing the water.
Overall we would definitely return and look forward to seeing the friendly staff again

Hotel was very relaxing with great food and a lovely small beach with beautiful clear water. Every evening the hotel has entertainment which was nice, and to sit in a open lounge looking at the fantastic sea view was amazing.
As I mentioned we went All inclusive and all drinks were Premium Labels, the food choices were also great, especially the baked cheesecake!
A special mention to Catalina and Jonny in the restaurant/Lounge and to Robbie who was very helpful with reservations and suggestions for leaving the hotel, we are already looking at rebooking for next year.
One small point the Japanese restaurant, the food is great but the restaurant location is disappointing a small room with little light and no view could you think about moving it to another area.
We stayed only two nights at Siau Ibiza but the staff were so helpful. We had a problem with our room (due to exceptionally high rainfall) but this was dealt with professionally and our room was changed.
I would say that Siau Ibiza is a destination hotel. Once in there there is little reason to leave for a few days. On arrival in San Miguel we were concerned that there were not many places open to eat etc and the they didn't look very accommodating but once inside the hotel we found ample food options for us and the standard of the meal we had was exceptional. Sadly the Sushi restaurant was fully booked when we tried but we needn't have worried as the meal we had downstairs was really lovely and we could not fault any element of it. Likewise the breakfast offering is very extensive and everything beautifully fresh.
There are two pools - one for general guests and an additional one for the 'my favourite' guests. We had booked this option but as the weather was really dreadful we didn't use the pool areas at all. The closest we got was sitting on the sofas undercover looking at the larger pool towards the beach. The back of the hotel is pretty much completely open so even on a wet day you can enjoy the feeling of being outside. Each afternoon they offer a very chilled out music option in the bar/pool area. We were lucky enough to catch Imane Jade singing with just her guitar. Just the nicest accompaniment to an early drink watching the rain in Ibiza.
The beach is adjacent to the hotel and accessed by a private gate. Again, we didn't do anything more than walk across the beach. If I am being completely honest, the beach area and the small town itself wasn't anything to write home about (unless we missed something in the rain). However, if you are looking for a lovely hotel with first class amenities and eating options then this is a good option for you.
To make the most of the area you would need a car as there are some lovely beaches a short drive away. However, chilling with a good book alongside the pools and partaking of the excellent food options may be the perfect way to spend an indulgent holiday week.
Thank you again to all the staff at Siau Ibiza for excellent service.

Staff were all lovely and the if I had to complain would be that during dinner at the restaurant staff become very busy and the service is not as superb as during the day. We had to wait for the menu for a long time and the dinner was served same time with the starters. The whole experience was amazing and overall the staff are lovely 😊
Few tips:
The Ibiza old Town is far and can get there by taxi in half an hour and it costs around €35. There is a bus option which takes 1.5 hour and only comes 2-3 times a day. Not really practical and we never tried it.
Taxi from airport takes about 40 minutes.
The hotel offers paddle boarding included in the room and it was really nice. The booking gets fully booked very quickly. Book it very fast as you arrive if you are interested.
The hotel has non-vocal live music during dinner time.
The beach is public and the hotel has provided sun beds on the right side of the beach for the guests.
The beach is surrounded by beautiful Cliffs and great for hiking!

I traveled on my own and not once did management ask me how things were going.
A guy carrying a clipboard was walking around talking to people but ignored me.
Front desk staff were also not very warm and helpful.
Staff in the restaurant were lovely and always said good morning.
The Pool is the coldest pool I have ever come across.
Due to the position of the hotel the rooms do not get the sun. There is a separate building with it’s own pool which gets the sun in the afternoon but I believe you pay more, they also have a food truck which other guests are not allowed to use.
You only get 1 bottle of water on your first day and it was not readily available at breakfast, at the end of my 10 day break a waitress was walking around with a small bottle asking if you would like water and poured a small amount into my glass.
Lifeguards were by the pool every day, not sure why as they just sat there and annoyingly put my sun bed back and took the towel when I went inside my room.
I have given the hotel 4 stars. However, if you want sunny rooms, friendly management this might not be the place for you.
