Privately owned and operated inn and very personalable experience from first engagement. The owner/manager checked me in directly, was very friendly and all around great customer service. She showed each person to their room, she explained the services to me in the room, made sure I was comfortable. I got to stay in the suite which was all newly renovated with sauna and jacuzzi tub. Was very satisfied with my stay here, little hidden jem in the area for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Motel 7 Inn & Suites Bathurst. The room was ultra modern, very clean, and so well decorated. It was much more than we expected, and we were upgraded. We appreciated that the owners went above and beyond to accommodate our very late check-in and check-out and additional items for breakfast. We will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

1) Strong point: well located in-between the local roads, highway, the towns, church, stores, restaurants, city (Bathurst) and tourist attractions. 2) The reception is very nicely decorated, clean with useful amenities. It is a purposeful motel. 3) The rooms are away from the road (i.e., quiet) and are quite sufficient for the transitory stay. 4) I did not used the pool, but it was very clean and visibly maintained… like all the rest. 5) The lady-owner was attentive, pleasant and to her affairs.

So i had the unfortunate visit with the owner of this motel myself and my daughter and our dog Shiloh and big husky mix super friendly had gone by the motel and saw KC and sons fish and chip wagon so we decided to stop and pick up fish and chips for dinner upon me getting out of the car my daughter who is 34 years old but looks young got reamed yelled at and screamed at how she better pick up after her dog the dog had literally just been let out of the car and the sheer tone of his voice was rude and down right unacceptable he could have politely said pls if your dog poops pick up after him. Not to mention we do not need to be told to pick up after our dog as we are responsible owners i don't know why he felt it necessary to yell and scream and assume that at my 34 years old my daughter wouldn't clean up after her dog had he pooped let alone talking to my daughter like she was a child his attitude was cause our dog is 120 pounds and had again just been let out the car as it was slightly warm and we wouldn't leave him in the car unattended plus he is so well behaved there is no issue in him sitting like a good boy with us waiting for our order to be called ... If you are like us and your pets are family i advise you don't stay here as it was made clear my dog wasn't welcome on the property despite he did nothing wrong and to yell and scream at potential customers is also very poor business etiquette on his end

This motel has been completely transformed to a guests paradise! The room was immaculate, bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. The host is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond for her guests. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, I know I will definitely be back!

What a great experience! A friend told us to try it & we weren’t sure about the place when we first saw it but when we opened the door to the room we were blown away! Clean! Well appointed!! Quiet eventhough there was a rowdy bunch when we arrived. Comfortable bed! Fluffy pillows! ! Staff was amazing, extremely helpful- they couldn’t do enough for us! We will definitely be back!!! Try it you’ll be very happy!!

I am beyond impressed. We first came back November. We were skeptical having known the previous owner and the history of the place but you wouldn't recognize it! It's been completely renovated and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN. I've been back twice since and this will continue to be my go to place in the Chaleur region. Ps: I ended up chatting with the new owner and she was kind enough to give us a tour. They have amazing suites! from Jacuzzis to steam rooms to business suites with conference space. I am absolutely mind blown!

This motel is very clean. I felt it was cleaner then most large chains I have stayed at. The owner is very friendly and went out of his way more then once to make us feel welcomed. This is a great place to stay if you find yourself in Beresford for the night!

This place is immaculately clean, has modern bathrooms, and they put the sheets out on the clothes line! I felt like I was at home. It is a great place, and it is much cheaper than the other places in Bathurst. The owner couldn\t do enough for us. He even drove us to the mall when our car was in the dealership. I wonder why people would pay more?

We stayed here for 3 nights, July 27-30th" Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It is an older motel, Family run, for years. The owner, Dollard went above and beyond to make sure we would be comfortable for our stay, and a wealth of information, answered any questions we had. We had a room with 2 double beds and a large fully contained kitchen. It was My Daughter, Grandaughter and myself so it was perfect. There is a heated pool that was very clean and beautiful. Dollars made it a point to stop by each day to assure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. The 2 Girls that look after the rooms do an amazing job, rooms were spotless. Very reasonably priced and so worth the stay. We will definitely return , and highly recommend staying here. A room with a separate full kitchen is the way to go. I do not understand why it doesn't have higher ratings, we would give this motel a 5/5 Thank You so much Dollard for looking after us "
